Am I eligible to apply for a GXS FlexiLoan?

You can apply for a GXS FlexiLoan if you are:

  1. Aged between 21 and 65 years old;
  2. A Singapore Citizen or a Singapore Permanent Resident; and
  3. With a minimum annual income of S$20,000

Do note that all GXS FlexiLoan applications go through an evaluation process which is aligned with our internal requirements. This process includes an assessment of the applicant's credit profile and eligibility.

How do I qualify for the lucky draw?

Easy. You’ll first need a GXS FlexiLoan account. Don’t have one? Download the GXS app now and click “Sign Up” to apply for a GXS FlexiLoan. 

Next, you’ll need to – 

  1. Draw a single loan of minimum S$5,000; and
  2. Select a loan tenure of minimum 6 months.
  3. The loan must be drawn between 9 January 2024 and 31 March 2024.

You’ll also need to ensure that your loan is still active and you have not prepaid more than 50% of your loan on or before the lucky draw cut-off date.

Can I increase my lucky draw chances?

You will not increase your chances by drawing additional loans during the campaign period. You will be awarded only one chance in the lucky draw. However, your lucky draw chance will be carried forward to the subsequent monthly draw if you do not win a prize in the preceding draw. 

Example 1

John drew 3 loans of S$5,000 each on 20 January 2024 (within the campaign period). All 3 loans will only be counted as 1 chance at the lucky draw.

Each participant will only be allowed to win once. However, this means that an eligible participant can roll-over his/ her chance in the next draw, if he/ she did not win in the previous lucky draw.

Example 2

John did not win in the first lucky draw on 2 February 2024. In the second lucky draw on 4 March 2024, John will be eligible for the draw again.

How many lucky draw winners will there be, and what is the prize?

There will be 30 winners drawn at random each month in January 2024, February 2024 and March 2024, making it 90 winners in total. 

Each winner will receive a one-time prize of 888,888 GrabRewards points that will be credited to your Grab account.

What can I use the GrabRewards points for?

You can use your GrabRewards points to offset payments or redeem Grab services within the Grab app, such as Transport, Food, Mart and Delivery services.

When will the lucky draw be conducted?

The lucky draw will be conducted on 2 February 2024, 4 March 2024 and 2 April 2024 between 10am to 6pm in the presence of external auditors at our office located at 3 Media Close, #09-00, Singapore 138498.

How do I know if I have won?

Winners will receive official communication from GXS within 7 days from the relevant draw dates of 2 February 2024, 4 March 2024 and 2 April 2024 in the form of emails and/ or push notifications informing them that they have won. Winners may also receive a follow-up call from our customer support. Your full name and partially masked NRIC number will also be published on our website on 5 February 2024, 5 March 2024 and 3 April 2024 respectively at the latest.

How will I receive my prize?

The 888,888 GrabRewards points will be credited directly to your Grab account within 10 days from receiving the official communication from GXS. 

Please ensure that the mobile number registered with your GXS account is the same mobile number registered with your Grab account by 9 February 2024 so that your GrabRewards points can be credited to you.

What happens to unclaimed prizes?

If we are unable to credit your GrabRewards points to you, your prize will be forfeited. There will be no reserve winners drawn.

1 Effective Interest Rate (EIR) is calculated based on an average loan amount of S$10,000 with a 24-month repayment period, from 1 Jan 2024 to 1 Jan 2026.

The FlexiLoan Lucky8 is organised by GXS Bank Pte Ltd ("Bank” or “GXS”) and is valid from 9 January 2024 to 31 March 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

(a) To be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw, a customer must:
(i) For new customers: (A) have successfully applied for a GXS FlexiLoan between 9 January 2024 to 31 March 2024 ("Promotion Period"), (B) have drawn down a single loan of at least S$5,000 during the Promotion Period, and (C) such loan must have a loan tenure of not less than 6 months; or
(ii) For existing GXS FlexiLoan customers: (A) have a GXS FlexiLoan account that is active and in good standing with GXS until such time the winner of the Lucky Draw is determined and the Lucky Draw prize is fulfilled, (B) have drawn a single loan of at least S$5,000 during the Promotion Period and (C) such loan must have a loan tenure of not less than 6 months.

(b) A customer will not be eligible if more than 50% of the loan is repaid on or before a Draw Cut-off Date. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on the Draw Dates set out below.

(c) If you do not wish to participate in the Lucky Draw, please call us at (+65) 3105 2055 before 31 January 2024. to let us know. If you do not withdraw your participation in the Lucky Draw before 31 January 2024, you consent to GXS (and any other necessary third party) collecting, using and disclosing your information (including your personal data) for purposes relating to your participation in the Lucky Draw.

GXS has the sole discretion to amend, modify or vary the timing of the fulfilment of the rewards or prizes described in this page and the terms of this promotion without notice or liability to any person. For more details on the promotion and the full promotion terms and conditions, click here.

Approval of all GXS FlexiLoan applications is subject to receipt of all supporting documents and further review. GXS reserves the right to approve or reject your application without providing any reasons. Late interest charges may apply in the event of late repayment.
