What is a GXS FlexiCard?
GXS FlexiCard is an interest-free, fee-based credit card with a S$500 credit limit.

What documents do I need to apply for a GXS FlexiCard?
The GXS FlexiCard application process is hassle-free and does not require you to upload any documents! Just ensure your Singpass Myinfo is up to date and we'll take care of the rest.
How long does it take for my GXS FlexiCard application to be approved?
If you are eligible for a GXS FlexiCard, it shouldn't take more than 3 minutes for your application to be approved!
Can I choose not to pay in full each month?
Choose to pay in full each month, or just make a minimum payment from as low as S$15 and be charged a S$5 Flexi fee for the month. A S$50 late fee will only apply if the minimum payment is not met.
What are the fees I need to pay for my GXS FlexiCard?
Here are the three fees associated with GXS FlexiCard:
1. Annual fee
2. Flexi fee
3. Late fee
Annual fee of S$54.50 (inclusive of prevailing GST) will be incurred on each anniversary of your GXS FlexiCard. For example, if you successfully applied for a GXS FlexiCard on 1 January 2025, the first annual fee of S$54.50 will be charged on 1 January 2026. And for all subsequent annual fees, you will be charged on 1 January of the following years.
Flexi fee of S$5 will be incurred for each billing cycle where you only make a minimum payment for your FlexiCard on/before payment date, but did not make full payment.
Late fee of S$50 will be incurred for each billing cycle where we do not receive at least minimum payment on your GXS FlexiCard by the payment due date.
How is minimum payment calculated for GXS FlexiCard?
Calculation of minimum payment for your GXS FlexiCard first takes into consideration:
1. Your billed outstanding amount due:
- If total billed outstanding amount is less than S$15 - minimum payment will be the same amount.
- If more than or equal to S$15 - minimum payment amount will be S$15.
Once the above is calculated, the below charges (if any) will be added to form the total minimum payment:

3. Fees accrued eg. flexi fee, late fee, annual fee (if any)
4. Overlimit amount (if any)
