Terms and conditions governing GXS Bank x Singtel Campaign (“Campaign”)

By participating in the Promotion with GXS Bank Pte. Ltd. (“GXS” or “Bank”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):
A. GXS Bank x Singtel Campaign
- Campaign Period: The Campaign is available from 14 February 2025 to 28 February 2025 (both dates inclusive) or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion (“Campaign Period”), unless otherwise stated herein.
- Eligibility:
a. The Campaign is available to you if:- You open or maintain a GXS Savings Account during the Campaign Period;
- you fulfil the requirements under this Campaign; and
- your GXS Savings Account is active and in good standing with the Bank until the point(s) of fulfilment of the applicable Reward(s) (as defined below) for each Campaign,
("Eligible Person"), unless otherwise stated herein.
b. You will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign for any new GXS Savings Account you successfully open, if you previously held and closed a GXS Savings Account.
B. Campaign
- This Campaign is available to Eligible Persons who are new and existing GXS Savings Account customers.
- Each Eligible Person shall be entitled to receive Singtel vouchers worth S$188 (“Save Vouchers”) and S$20 cashback (“Save Cashback”) in the following manner:
a. To receive Save Vouchers, you must, be one of the first 500 Eligible Persons to, on or before 28 February 2025:
i. successfully deposit at least S$5,000 in fresh funds into your GXS Savings Account (“Qualifying Deposit Amount”), subject to the maximum balance amount of your GXS Savings Account. Fresh funds refer to funds not transferred from any GXS Savings Account (i.e. not transferred from a Main Account, any Saving Pocket or a Boost Pocket) or other GXS Bank accounts; and
ii. ensure that such fresh funds are placed in a new Saving Pocket named 'Samsung S25'.
b. To receive Save Cashback, you must:
i. have fulfilled the requirements to receive Save Vouchers and have been notified by the Bank that you were eligible to receive the Save Vouchers; and
ii. throughout the period from 1 March 2025 to 31 August 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Holding Period”), maintain a total day end balance of at least the Qualifying Deposit Amount in the same ‘Samsung S25 Pocket’ for every day of the Holding Period.
- The closure of a Samsung S25 Pocket, or partial or premature withdrawal from the Samsung S25 Pocket such that the Qualifying Deposit Amount is not met, for any reason shall be deemed to be early termination of a Samsung S25 Pocket, and will not fulfil the requirements of this Campaign. You should also ensure that the ‘Samsung S25 Pocket’ is not renamed or closed throughout the Holding Period.
C. Definitions
- “GXS Savings Account” means the GXS Savings Account, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc.
C. Additional Terms for Save Voucher
- For purposes of this Section E, “Vouchers” shall mean Save Voucher. “Successful Customer” means an Eligible Person who successfully receives the Save Voucher.
- Vouchers are issued on a first-come-first served basis and are limited to the 500 Save Vouchers only.
- The Save Voucher shall be in the form of a Singtel voucher code which will be notified to Successful Customers of the Campaign by email to your last known email address in the Bank’s records and/or through push notifications in the GXS Bank app on or before 5 March 2025.
- The Save Voucher may only be used for the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S25 series mobile phone at Singtel Eshop only https://shop.singtel.com/.
- Vouchers shall be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Vouchers and any notification from the Bank relating to the Vouchers. The redemption and use of the Voucher is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant merchant issuing the Voucher. By using the Voucher, the Successful Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant issuing the Voucher.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
- In the event a Voucher is lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen, your entitlement to a replacement voucher is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of the Bank. Where a replacement voucher is issued, the Bank reserves the right to deduct the full cost or retail value of the Voucher from your GXS Savings Account or any account you maintain with us if the original Voucher is utilised.
- Any unredeemed Voucher(s) within any prescribed redemption period shall be forfeited. If your Voucher has been forfeited, you shall not be entitled to any payment, compensation or replacement notwithstanding any claims of not having downloaded or logged into the GXS Bank app or non-receipt of the Voucher. Strictly no extension of such prescribed redemption period will be allowed.
- Only Successful Customers who receive the Voucher will be entitled to redeem the Voucher.
- Successful Customers shall accept the Voucher “as is”. The Bank is not the supplier of the Voucher, good(s) and service(s) and makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability and/or fitness of purpose of the Voucher(s), good(s) and service(s) provided by any merchant or service provider. The Bank assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchants or for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in the Voucher(s), good(s) and/or service(s).
- The Bank is not an agent of any merchants. Any disputes over the Voucher, product quality, goods and/or services provided by a merchant should be resolved directly between the Successful Customer and the relevant merchant.
- Terms and conditions of Singtel, as determined by them from time to time, shall apply. Singtel reserves the right to amend, change or withdraw any terms and conditions without prior notice.
E. Additional Terms for Save Cashback
- Successful Customers of the Campaign must fulfil the requirements under the Campaign to receive the Save Cashback.
- Save Cashback is issued on a first-come-first-served basis and is limited to the first 500 Save Cashbacks under the Campaign.
- You are entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) Save Cashback only. Additional Saving Pockets which fulfil the requirements will not entitle you to receive additional cashback.
- Save Cashback shall be credited into the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account on or before 18 September 2025. The crediting of your Save Cashback is subject to your applicable GXS Bank accounts being active, in good standing and not having been cancelled, closed, blocked, terminated, suspended or under investigation at the point of fulfillment and crediting.
- If your GXS Savings Account is closed prior to the crediting of the Save Cashback for any reason, the Save Cashback that has yet to be credited will be forfeited.
- Save Cashback is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
- The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute the Save Cashback with an item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without liability to any persons.
- If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Campaign were not met or complied with, the Bank reserves the right to recover the Save Cashback (or its equivalent value) by deduction from your GXS Savings Account or any account you maintain with us.
F. Additional Terms for Singtel
- The Bank is not an agent of Singtel and/or Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd. The Bank holds a banking licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The Bank is a separate entity from the Singtel Group entities and Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd. The Bank is the provider of the GXS Savings Account.
- Terms and conditions of Singtel, as determined by them from time to time, shall apply. The Bank’s terms and conditions are separate from the terms and conditions of Singtel. The Bank is not responsible for the terms and conditions, or any changes to the terms and conditions, of Singtel.
G. General
- This Campaign is not valid with other offers or campaigns unless otherwise stated. For the avoidance of doubt, all customers may also participate in all other GXS Bank campaigns that are running during the Campaign Period if they have complied with the applicable terms and conditions thereunder, unless otherwise stated.
- The Bank may add to, amend, modify or vary any or all of these Terms at any time without notice or liability to any person.
- The Bank’s records and decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign (including but not limited to the eligibility of any person to participate in the Campaign and the awarding of any cashback, voucher or item) shall be final, conclusive and binding on all customers. We are not obliged to entertain any correspondence.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or informational material relating to the Programme, these Terms shall prevail.
- The Bank, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable for any loss, liability, expense, damage and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever incurred or sustained by any person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Campaign including the redemption or use of any good, service, product or facility of any merchant (if applicable) or for any other reason.
- The Bank is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of any transaction by any party, including acquiring merchants, merchant establishments or any telecommunication provider.
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
- A third party who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms.
- These Terms shall apply in conjunction with the Deposit Account Terms, Card Account Terms, Rewards Terms, GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions (including the GXS FlexiLoan - Balance Transfer Terms and Conditions) and Ecosystem Terms - Grab, which shall apply (if applicable). Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms used in this Campaign shall have the meanings set forth in these terms and conditions (as applicable) or as otherwise defined elsewhere in these Terms.

Deposit Insurance Scheme
Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
