Terms and conditions governing
Pocket Is Right Campaign (“Campaign”)
By participating in the Campaign with GXS Bank Pte. Ltd. (“GXS” or “Bank”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):
A. Campaign
- Campaign Period: The Campaign is available from 01 April 2025 to 30 June 2025 (both dates inclusive) or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion (“Campaign Period”), unless otherwise stated herein.
- Eligibility:
a. The Campaign is available to you if:
i. you maintain a GXS Savings Account during the Campaign Period; and
ii. your GXS Savings Account is active and in good standing with the Bank until the point(s) of fulfilment of the applicable Grand Prize(s), Cash Reward(s) and Perk(s) (each as defined below) for this Campaign,
(“Eligible Customer”), unless otherwise stated herein.
b. You will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign for any new GXS Savings Account you successfully open, if you held and closed a GXS Savings Account previously. - Campaign:
a. This Campaign comprises the following two (2) parts:
i. Pocket is Right Campaign to win a Grand Prize (comprising a Cash Prize, Grab Prize and Singtel Prize); and
ii. Bonus Cash Reward Campaign for up to S$60 in cash reward(s)
b. You may also enjoy the rewards from Grab and Singtel stated in Section E of these Terms, subject to the terms and conditions of GXS Bank, Grab and Singtel.
- Campaign:
B. Definitions
- “GXS Savings Account” means the GXS Savings Account, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc.
- “Main Account” means the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account.
- “Saving Pocket” means one (1) of up to eight Saving Pockets of your GXS Savings Account.
C. Pocket Is Right Campaign
- Under the Pocket is Right Campaign, six (6) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize comprises the following:
a. the total cash value of a trip to a specified destination which comprises air tickets, accommodation and activity(s) as described by the Bank on the Bank’s website (“Cash Prize”);
b. a travel cover voucher by Grab worth S$50. Such travel cover is underwritten by Chubb Insurance Singapore Limited and distributed by Grab (“Grab Prize”); and
c. S$50 off Singtel ReadyRoam packages (“Singtel Prize”). - Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded during for each of the three (3) months of the Pocket is Right Campaign:
a. April 2025: Grand Prize for a trip to Morocco;
b. May 2025: To be published on the Bank’s website;
c. June 2025: To be published on the Bank’s website. - Each month during the Campaign Period shall have a corresponding Guess Period and Hold Period, as follows:

- To participate in the Pocket is Right Campaign and win a Grand Prize, an Eligible Customer must:
a. during the Campaign Period, deposit Fresh Funds of equal to or more than your Guess Amount (as defined below) into your GXS Savings Account; and
b. during the respective Guess Period:
i. create a new Saving Pocket in your GXS Savings Account, and name it after the trip in the manner described on the Bank’s website (“Trip Pocket”);
ii. guess the value of the Cash Prize (i.e. the value of the trip) and deposit the amount of your guess into your Trip Pocket (“Guess Amount”);
c. maintain the Guess Amount in the named Saving Pocket from the last day of the Guess Period at the latest until (and including) the 30th of the following month (“Hold Period”); and
d. have made the closest guess to the Cash Prize, regardless of such guess amount being higher or lower than the Cash Prize, provided that the difference shall be the smallest value compared to other Eligible Customers who have placed a Guess Amount in a Trip Pocket (“Closest Guess”) OR, if applicable, have made the second closest guess to the Cash Prize, regardless of such guess amount being higher or lower than the Cash Prize, provided that the difference shall be the second smallest value compared to other Eligible Customers who have placed a Guess Amount in a Trip Pocket (“Next Closest Guess”). - For the avoidance of doubt, the eligible Guess Amount for the Campaign shall be the principal amount deposited into the Trip Pocket only, and shall exclude any interest paid to you in the Trip Pocket during the Guess Period and Hold Period.
- You may create up to eight (8) Trip Pockets to participate in this Campaign. You must ensure that the Trip Pocket is a new Saving Pocket. Renamed Saving Pocket(s) will not be eligible Saving Pockets for this Campaign, notwithstanding that they have been renamed as a Trip Pocket.
- “Fresh Funds” means funds not transferred from any GXS Savings Account (i.e. not transferred from a Main Account, any Saving Pocket or a Boost Pocket). For this Campaign, Fresh Funds refer to the incremental amount in aggregated balance in your GXS Savings Account (i.e. aggregate of your Main Account, all Saving Pockets and all Boost Pockets), over such aggregated day end balance in your GXS Savings Account on 31 March 2025.
Tied Guesses - Grand Prize Draw - If and when required to determine the Winner(s) of the Grand Prize(s), a draw for the winner of the Grand Prize (“Grand Prize Draw”) will be conducted in each of Guess Period – April, Guess Period – May and/or Guess Period – June. A Grand Prize Draw will be required if the Guess Amounts of two or more Eligible Customer are tied (“Tied Guesses”) for the Closest Guess and, if there are no Tied Guesses for the Closest Guess, a Grand Prize Draw will be required if there are Tied Guesses for the Next Closest Guess. If a Grand Prize Draw is conducted, clauses B8 to B15 shall apply, in respect of each Grand Prize Draw.
- Eligible Customers with Tied Guesses will be allotted one (1) chance for the applicable Grand Prize Draw (“Chance”). Each Eligible Customer with Tied Guesses can receive up to a maximum of one (1) Chance for the Grand Prize Draw.
- Chances allotted are not transferable and may be cancelled upon the suspension, cancellation and/or termination of the relevant GXS Savings Account, without the Bank incurring any liability to you or any other person. Chances cannot be transferred to or combined with Chances awarded to any other GXS Bank customer. In the event that any GXS Savings Account is closed and a new GXS Savings Account is opened by you, Chances allotted from the closed account will not be transferred to the new account.
- We reserve the right not to allot Chances at our discretion, for instances of reversals, cancelled, void, disputed transactions or abuse of the Promotion, for any other reason whatsoever, and without any compensation or liability to you
- The name of each Eligible Customer with a Tied Guess will be automatically submitted to the Grand Prize Draw pool when each Chance is allotted. If you do not wish to participate in the Grand Prize Draw (i.e. wish to opt out of the chance to win the Grand Prize), please inform the Bank via the GXS app, Help Centre: GXS Chat (Recommended), GXS app, Help Centre: Contact Us form or calling the GXS Hotline: (+65) 3105 2055 on or before the last day of each Guess Period, i.e. 30 April 2025, 31 May 2025 and 30 June 2025 respectively.
- The Grand Prize Draw will be conducted on 30 May 2025, 30 June 2025 and 30 July 2025 (the “Draw Date”) for the Guess Period – April, Guess Period – May and Guess Period – June respectively, between 10:00 am to 06:00 pm (Singapore time) at the GXS Bank office located at 3 Media Close, #09-00, Singapore 138498 (or such other date, time or location as the Bank may determine at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice). The Draw will be witnessed by an external auditor or other scrutineer appointed by the Bank at its sole and absolute discretion.
- During the Grand Prize Draw, up to two (2) winners will be selected at random from the pool of Eligible Customers allotted with a Chance (“Grand PrizeWinner”) by the Bank using such methods and in such manner (which may be manual or computerised) as the Bank may determine in its sole discretion. The number of Grand Prize Winners drawn during a Grand Prize Draw will depend on whether any Eligible Customer has already won a Grand Prize by making the Closest Guess
- The Bank reserves the right to draw alternative or reserve winner(s) to replace any Winner who is or may be subsequently found to be ineligible or disqualified from the Grand Prize Draw, or whose Grand Prize is unclaimed or forfeited for any reason.
Grand Prize Winner - Limited to one Grand Prize per Eligible Customer throughout the Campaign Period, whether such Eligible Customer won a Grand Prize through your Guess Amount or by way of a Grand Prize Draw.
- Once an Eligible Customer has become through the Closest Guess or Next Closest Guess, or has been selected as a Grand Prize Winner for a Grand Prize under a Grand Prize Draw, under this Campaign, the Eligible Customer cannot be selected to receive another Grand Prize under this Campaign notwithstanding that such Eligible Customer also makes the Closest Guess in a subsequent Guess Period during the Campaign Period. Such Grand Prize Winner will also not be eligible to be allotted a Chance during a subsequent Grand Prize Draw(s).
- If a Grand Prize Winner is subsequently discovered to not be a Eligible Customer or not be eligible or qualified to receive or claim a Grand Prize (which eligibility or qualification shall be determined at the Bank’s sole discretion) for any reason, the Bank reserves the right to forfeit the Grand Prize, reclaim the Grand Prize or charge you the full value of the Grand Prize, without prior notice to you.
- If you do not maintain a GXS Savings Account on the date of the Grand Prize Draw or the crediting of the Grand Prize for any reason, the Grand Prize that has yet to be credited may be forfeited notwithstanding that it was accrued under these Terms and the Draw. Unused or unredeemed Grand Prizes may be automatically cancelled and forfeited upon the closure of your GXS Savings Account for any reason. The unclaimed or unused Grand Prizes shall not be transferable to any other person.
- If a Grand Prize Draw is required to determine the Grand Prize Winner(s): such Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email to your last known email address in the Bank’s records and/or through push notifications in the GXS Bank app on any such date as the Bank may determine in its absolute discretion but in any case on or before 6 June 2025, 7 July 2025 and 6 August 2025 respectively, which is seven (7) days after each Draw Date (“Prize Winner Notification”); and such Grand Prize Winner may also be contacted by telephone using your last known contact number in the Bank’s records.
- Only Grand Prize Winner(s) will be notified of the results of the Grand Prize Draw.
- The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute any part of the Grand Prize with an item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without liability to any persons. If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Campaign were not met or complied with, the Bank reserves the right to recover the Grand Prize (or its equivalent value) by deduction from your GXS Savings Account or any account you maintain with us.
Grand Prize - The Grand Prize comprising the Cash Prize, Grab Prize and Singtel Prize shall be credited to each Winner in the following manner.
Grand Prize: Cash Prize - The Cash Prize shall be credited to a Grand Prize Winner’s Main Account of your GXS Savings Account in June, July and August 2025 respectively for the April Guess Period, May Guess Period and June Guess Period.
- To ensure that you receive your Cash Prize on the date of crediting, you must ensure that you maintain a GXS Savings Account and the balance in your GXS Savings Account will not be greater than its maximum balance amount if the Cash Prize is credited. If, at the time of crediting of the Cash Prize, the maximum balance amount in your GXS Savings Account has been reached for any reason, or the crediting of your Cash Prize will cause such maximum balance amount to be reached, you will not be able to receive the Cash Prize (in full or in part). In such an event, the Bank shall make a second attempt to credit the Cash Prize to your GXS Savings Account in the next month, subject to the maximum balance amount of your GXS Savings Account.
- You acknowledge and agree that, if the Bank is unable to credit your Cash Prize in full to you by July, August and September 2025 respectively, your Prize which you have not received by such date will be deemed to be forfeited by you in full.
- The Cash Prize must be credited to you in full in a single transaction, is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
- If your GXS Savings Account is closed prior to the crediting of your Cash Prize for any reason, the Cash Prize that has yet to be credited will be forfeited.
- The Cash Prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
Grand Prize: Grab Prize - The Grab Prize shall be notified to you by the Bank to your last known email address in the Bank’s records.
- Grab Prize shall be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Grab Prize.
- Grab Prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
- In the event a Grab Prize is lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen, your entitlement to a replacement voucher is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of the Bank. Where a replacement voucher is issued, the Bank reserves the right to deduct the full cost or retail value of the Grab Prize from your GXS Savings Account or any account you maintain with us if the original Grab Prize is utilised.
- Any unredeemed Grab Prize within any prescribed redemption period shall be forfeited. If your Grab Prize has been forfeited, you shall not be entitled to any payment of compensation or replacement notwithstanding any claims of not having downloaded or logged into the GXS Bank app or non-receipt of the Grab Prize. Strictly no extension of such prescribed redemption period will be allowed. The redemption and use of the Grab Prize is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant merchant issuing the Voucher. By using the Voucher, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant issuing the Voucher.
- Only the Winner who receives the Grab Prize will be entitled to redeem the Grab Prize.
- The Winner shall accept the Grab Prize “as is”. The Bank is not the supplier of the Grab Prize, good(s) and service(s) and makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability and/or fitness of purpose of the Voucher, good(s) and service(s) provided by any merchant or service provider. The Bank assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchants or for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in the Grab Prize, good(s) and/or service(s). The Bank is not an agent of the merchants. Any disputes over the Grab Prize, product quality and/or services by a merchant should be resolved directly between the Winner and the relevant merchant.
- The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute the Grab Prize with an item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without liability to any persons.
- If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Campaign were not met or complied with, the Bank reserves the right to recover the equivalent value of the Voucher by deduction from your GXS Savings Account or any account you maintain with us.
Grand Prize: Singtel Prize - The Singtel Prize shall be notified to you by the Bank to your last known email address in the Bank’s records.
- Singtel Prize must be redeemed by 31 May 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Singtel.
- Any unredeemed Singtel Prize within any prescribed redemption period shall be forfeited. If your Singtel Prize has been forfeited, you shall not be entitled to any payment of compensation or replacement. Strictly no extension of such prescribed redemption period will be allowed. The redemption and use of the Singtel Prize is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by Singtel. By using the Singtel Prize, you agree to the terms and conditions of Singtel.
- Any unredeemed Singtel Prize within any prescribed redemption period shall be forfeited. If your Singtel Prize has been forfeited, you shall not be entitled to any payment of compensation or replacement. Strictly no extension of such prescribed redemption period will be allowed. The redemption and use of the Singtel Prize is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant merchant issuing the Singtel Prize. By using the Singtel Prize, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant issuing the Singtel Prize.
- You shall accept the Singtel Prize “as is”. The Bank is not the supplier of the Singtel Prize, good(s) and service(s) and makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability and/or fitness of purpose of the Singtel Prize, good(s) and service(s) provided by any merchant or service provider. The Bank assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchants or for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in the Singtel Prize, good(s) and/or service(s). Any disputes over the Singtel Prize, product quality and/or services by a merchant should be resolved directly with Singtel.
- Terms and conditions of Singtel, as determined by them from time to time, shall apply. Singtel reserves the right to amend, change or withdraw any terms and conditions without prior notice.
D. Bonus Cash Reward Campaign
- Under the Bonus Cash Reward Campaign, each Eligible Customer shall be entitled to receive a bonus cash reward of between S$1 to S$20 (both amounts inclusive) per month (“Cash Reward”), and up to a total of S$60 throughout the Campaign Period.
- The value of the Cash Reward which you will receive will be determined by a draw held in respect of each Hold Period (“Monthly Draw”).
- The Monthly Draw will be held electronically, and the Cash Reward will be determined using the Bank’s methodology for and during the Monthly Draw.
- To receive a Cash Reward during a Monthly Draw, you must successfully fulfil all of the following requirements under this Bonus Cash Reward Campaign:
a. deposit at least S$2,000 in Fresh Funds into your GXS Savings Account by the end of each Guess Period; and
b. from the last day of the Guess Period at the latest and throughout applicable Guess Period and Hold Period, maintain a total day end balance of at least S$2,000 in all your Trip Pocket(s) (“Minimum Hold Amount”) for every day of the said period:

Cash Reward Monthly Draw
- Eligible Customers who have fulfilled the requirements will receive a Cash Reward (“Successful Customer”).
- Each Successful Customer is entitled to participate one (1) Monthly Draw per Hold Period, to receive a maximum of one (1) Cash Reward per Monthly Draw.
- We reserve the right to exclude any Successful Customer from any or all Monthly Draws at our discretion, for instances of reversals, cancelled, void, disputed transactions or abuse of the Campaign, for any other reason whatsoever, and without any compensation or liability to you.
- The Monthly Draw will be conducted on 30 May 2025, 30 June 2025 and 30 July 2025 (each a “Draw Date”) for each Guess Period and Hold Period respectively between 10:00 am to 06:00 pm (Singapore time) at the GXS Bank office located at 3 Media Close, #09-00, Singapore 138498 (or such other date, time or location as the Bank may determine at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice). The Monthly Draw will be witnessed by an external auditor or other scrutineer appointed by the Bank at its sole and absolute discretion.
- A notification of your Cash Reward will be sent to you by push notification through a notification on the GXS Bank app, within seven (7) days after the applicable Draw Date. Only Successful Customers will be notified of the Cash Reward awarded under the Monthly Draw.
- Limited to one Cash Reward per Eligible Customer per month, and up to three (3) Cash Rewards per Eligible Customer throughout the Campaign Period.
- Cash Reward shall be credited into the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account within 7 business days after the applicable Monthly Draw(s).
- If your GXS Savings Account is closed prior to the crediting of any Cash Reward for any reason, the Cash Reward that has yet to be credited will be forfeited.
- Cash Reward is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
- The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute any Cash Reward with an item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without liability to any persons.
- If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Campaign were not met or complied with, the Bank reserves the right to recover any or all Cash Reward (or its equivalent value) by deduction from your GXS Savings Account or any account you maintain with us.
- The particulars of the results of every Monthly Draw will be published for a minimum period of 2 months after the determination of those results by the Monthly Draw, on the Bank’s website.
E. Grab and Singtel Perks
- The Grab Perk and Singtel Perk (collectively, “Perks”) are available to Eligible Customers who are new-to-GXS Savings Account customers who successfully open your GXS Savings Account during the Campaign Period.
Grab Perk: 3X GrabRewards Points (“Grab Perk”) - The Grab Perk is available to Eligible Customers who are new-to-GXS Savings Account customers who successfully open your GXS Savings Account during the Campaign Period only.
- You will be rewarded with 3 times GrabRewards points during the 2-month period commencing the month after you successfully open your GXS Savings Account or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion (“3X GRP Period”), unless otherwise stated herein, if:
a. you link your GXS Savings Account as a payment method on your Grab app; and
b. you perform an Eligible Transaction. - The applicable 3X GRP Period shall be set out in the table below:

- Receiving 3 times GrabRewards points means that you will receive a payment reward of 2 times more GrabRewards points than the prevailing rate of GrabRewards points to be awarded by Grab to GrabPay Wallet users in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of Grab.
- “Eligible Transaction” means a payment made for Grab Transport, Food, Mart and Express within the Grab app using your linked GXS Savings Account as a funding source, or any other transaction types that the Bank may specify from time to time to time.
- The Bank’s Ecosystem Terms – Grab shall apply. During the 3X GRP Period applicable to you, you will receive 3 times GrabRewards points instead of Spend Boost, and this Section E shall apply instead of Clause B2 of the Ecosystem Terms – Grab.
Singtel Perk: CAST.SG GXS Exclusive (“Singtel Perk”) - The Singtel Perk is available to Eligible Customers who are new-to-GXS Savings Account customers who successfully open your GXS Savings Account during the Campaign Period only.
- During the Campaign Period, you will be able to enjoy the Singtel Perk, if you:
a. are a new-to-GXS Savings Account customer who successfully opens your GXS Savings Account during the Campaign Period; and
b. fulfil the requirements set out in Singtel’s CAST.SG GXS Exclusive Promotion – Terms and Conditions at Singtel’s webpage at http://singtel.com/cast-gxs-apr25-tncs. - The Singtel Perk includes the following exclusive offers when you sign up for CAST.SG (subject to change):
a. Amazon Prime – $4.99/month with the first 60 days free
b. Viu Premium – $8.98/month with the first 90 days free
c. Wall Street Journal Digital – $3.00/month with the first 60 days free
d. McAfee Triple Protect (2 devices) – $8.04/month with the first 60 days free. - Singtel Perk must be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions of Singtel and/or CAST.SG.
- Any unredeemed Singtel Perk within any prescribed redemption period shall be forfeited. If your Singtel Perk has been forfeited, you shall not be entitled to any payment of compensation or replacement. Strictly no extension of such prescribed redemption period will be allowed. The redemption and use of the Singtel Perk is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by Singtel and/or CAST.SG. By using the Singtel Perk, you agree to the terms and conditions of Singtel and/or CAST.SG.
- You shall accept the Singtel Perk “as is”. The Bank is not the supplier of the Singtel Perk, good(s) and service(s) and makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability and/or fitness of purpose of the Singtel Perk, good(s) and service(s) provided by any merchant or service provider. The Bank assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchants or for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in the Singtel Perk, good(s) and/or service(s). Any disputes over the Singtel Perk, product quality and/or services by a merchant should be resolved directly with Singtel and/or CAST.SG.
- Terms and conditions of Singtel and/or CAST.SG, as determined by them from time to time, shall apply. Singtel and/or CAST.SG reserves the right to amend, change or withdraw any terms and conditions without prior notice.
F. Personal Data Consent
- Any Eligible Customer who participates in this Campaign, who does not withdraw his or her participation in the Grand Prize Draw(s) or the Monthly Draw(s) (each a “Draw” and, collectively, “Draws”) in accordance with these Terms, and in addition to any consent already provided to the Bank and any right of the Bank under applicable laws, consents to the Bank (and any other necessary third party) collecting, using and disclosing your information (including your personal data) for purposes relating to your participation in the Campaign and Draw(s), including:
a. to notify you of the Draw results;
b. with respect to the Monthly Draws, the publication of the particulars of the results of every Monthly Draw for a minimum period of two (2) months after the determination of those results by the Monthly Draw, on the Bank’s website;
c. with respect to the claiming, redemption or collection of the Grand Prize; and
d. to contact you for any publicity in connection with the Campaign, including without limitation, for any request to take photographs and/or videos of you or for a quote or interview with respect to the Campaign (including the Grand Prize).
G. Additional Terms for Grab, Singtel and Third Parties
- The Bank is not an agent of Grab or Singtel. The Bank holds a banking licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The Bank is a separate entity from the Grab Financial Group entities and Chubb Insurance Singapore Limited. The Bank is a separate entity from the Singtel Group entities and CAST.SG (and any other third parties with product offerings thereunder). The Bank is the provider of the GXS Savings Account and GXS Debit Card.
- Terms and conditions of Grab and Singtel, as determined by them from time to time, shall apply. The Bank’s terms and conditions are separate from the terms and conditions of Grab and Singtel. The Bank is not responsible for the terms and conditions, or any changes to the terms and conditions, of Grab or Singtel.
- The Bank is not an agent of other third parties, including Chubb Insurance Singapore Limited and any other third parties with product offerings under CAST.SG. Terms and conditions of such third parties, as determined by them from time to time, shall apply.
H. General
- This Campaign is not valid with other offers or campaigns unless otherwise stated. For the avoidance of doubt, all customers may also participate in all other GXS FlexiLoan campaigns that are running during the Promotion Period if they have complied with the applicable terms and conditions thereunder, unless otherwise stated.
- The Bank may add to, amend, modify or vary any or all of these Terms at any time without notice or liability to any person.
- The Bank’s records and decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign (including but not limited to the eligibility of any person to participate in the Campaign and the awarding of any cashback, voucher or item) shall be final, conclusive and binding on all customers. We are not obliged to entertain any correspondence.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Campaign, these Terms shall prevail.
- The Bank, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable for any loss, liability, expense, damage and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever incurred or sustained by any person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Campaign including the redemption or use of any good, service, product or facility of any merchant (if applicable) or for any other reason.
- The Bank is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of any transaction by any party, including acquiring merchants, merchant establishments or any telecommunication provider.
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
- A third party who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms.
- These Terms shall apply in conjunction with the Deposit Account Terms, Card Account Terms, Rewards Terms, and Ecosystem Terms - Grab, which shall apply. Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms used in this Campaign shall have the meanings set forth in these terms and conditions (as applicable) or as otherwise defined elsewhere in these Terms.

Deposit Insurance Scheme
Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
