Terms and conditions governing Perfect 10 (“Promotion”)

By participating in the Promotion with GXS Bank Pte. Ltd. (“GXS” or “Bank”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):

A. Promotion

1. Promotion Period: The Promotion is available from 1 December 2023 to 31 December 2023 (both dates inclusive) or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is available to you if:
    i. you maintain a GXS Savings Account during the Promotion Period;
    ii. your GXS Savings Account is active and in good standing with the Bank until the point(s) of fulfilment of Voucher(s) and Prize(s) (each as defined below) for this Promotion,

    (“Eligible Customer”).
  2. You will not be an Eligible Customer for this Promotion for any new GXS Savings Account you successfully open, if you held and closed a GXS Savings Account previously.
  3. The employees/staff of the Bank or any of the Bank’s subsidiaries who are Eligible Customers may participate in the Promotion to receive a Perfect 10 Reward, but are not eligible to participate in, or be allotted Chances for, the Perfect 10 Lucky Draw.


3. Promotion:

Under this Promotion:

  1. Eligible Customers shall receive one (1) Perfect 10 Reward (“Reward”) comprising a S$10 GrabGifts voucher and a S$10 Singtel voucher (collectively, “Vouchers”) when you successfully complete your first ten (10) Eligible Transactions using your GXS Savings Account during the Promotion Period (“Successful Customers”).
  1. The Perfect 10 Lucky Draw (“Draw”) will also be conducted to award the following ten (10) prizes to ten (10) Successful Customers:
    i. five (5) prizes of one (1) million GrabRewards points (worth S$2,170) each; and
    ii. five (5) prizes of one (1) S$2,000 Singtel voucher each

    (each a “Prize” and collectively, “Prizes”).

4. Perfect 10 Reward

  1. The Vouchers shall be in the form of a GrabGifts voucher code and a Singtel voucher code respectively, and will be notified to Successful Customers by an email to your last known email address in the Bank’s records and/or through a push notification in the GXS app after the Promotion Period, on or before 05 January 2024.
  1. Vouchers are issued on a first-come-first served basis and are while stocks last. Limited to one (1) set of Vouchers per Successful Customer throughout the Promotion Period.
  2. If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Promotion were not met or complied with, the Bank reserves the right to recover the equivalent value of the Vouchers awarded by deduction from your GXS Savings Account or any account you maintain with us.
  3. The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute the Vouchers (or any part(s) thereof) with an item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without liability to any persons.
  4. If your GXS Savings Account is closed prior to the notification of the Vouchers for any reason, or if an Eligible Transaction is reversed or refunded (in full or in part), the Vouchers that have yet to be notified to you may be forfeited notwithstanding that it was accrued under this Promotion. Unused or unredeemed Vouchers may be cancelled and forfeited upon the closure of your GXS Savings Account for any reason. The unused Vouchers shall not be transferable to any other person.

5. Perfect 10 Lucky Draw

Chances for the Draw:

  1. Successful Customers (i.e. customers who have fulfilled the requirements to receive Vouchers under this Promotion) will automatically be allotted one (1) chance to participate in the Draw (“Chance”).
  1. Thereafter, Successful Customers will be allotted one (1) additional Chance for every additional ten (10) Eligible Transactions performed.
  2. All Chances allotted to a Successful Customer will be aggregated for purposes of the Draw. There is no limit to the number of additional Chances a Successful Customer can be allotted.
  3. Chances accumulated are not transferable and may be cancelled upon the suspension, cancellation and/or termination of the relevant GXS Savings Account or GXS Debit Card, without the Bank incurring any liability to you or any other person. Chances cannot be transferred to or combined with Chances awarded to any other GXS customer. In the event that a GXS Savings Account is closed and a new GXS Savings Account is opened by you, Chances accumulated from the closed account will not be transferred to the new account.
  4. A Successful Customer’s name will be automatically submitted to the Draw pool when each Chance is awarded. If you do not wish to participate in the Draw (i.e. wish to opt out of the chance to win a Prize), please inform the Bank via the GXS app, Help Centre: GXS Chat (Recommended), GXS app, Help Centre: Contact Us form or calling the GXS Hotline: (+65) 3105 2055 on or before the last day of the Promotion Period, i.e. 31 December 2023.

    Draw and Draw Date:
  5. The Draw will be conducted on 04 January 2024 (the “Draw Date”) between 10:00 am to 06:00 pm (Singapore time) at the GXS office located at 3 Media Close, #09-00, Singapore 138498 (or such other date, time or location as the Bank may determine at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice). The Draw will be witnessed by an external auditor or other scrutineer appointed by the Bank at its sole and absolute discretion.
  6. A total of ten (10) winners will be selected at random from the pool of Successful Customers (“Winners”) by the Bank using such methods and in such manner (which may be manual or computerised) as the Bank may determine in its sole discretion. No alternative or reserve winners will be drawn to replace any Winner who is or may be subsequently found to be ineligible or disqualified from the Draw, or whose Prize is unclaimed for any reason.
  7. All Prizes will be allocated at random to each of the Winners, and Winners will not have a choice of which Prize they win.

    Prizes for the Draw:
  8. Each Winner is limited to win only one (1) Prize. Once a Successful Customer has been selected as a Winner for a Prize during the Draw, the Successful Customer cannot be selected to receive another Prize.
  9. If a Winner is subsequently discovered to not be a Successful Customer or not be eligible or qualified to receive or claim a Prize (which eligibility or qualification shall be determined at the Bank’s sole discretion) for any reason, the Bank reserves the right to forfeit the Prize, reclaim the Prize or charge you the full value of the Prize, without prior notice to you.
  10. If your GXS Savings Account is closed prior to the Draw or the crediting of a Prize for any reason, or if an Eligible Transaction is reversed or refunded (in full or in part), the Prize that has yet to be credited may be forfeited notwithstanding that it was accrued under these Terms and the Draw. Unused or unredeemed Prizes may be automatically cancelled and forfeited upon the closure of your GXS Savings Account for any reason. The claimed or unused Prizes shall not be transferable to any other person.
  11. Each Winner will be notified by email to your last known email address in the Bank’s records and/or through push notifications in the GXS app on 05 January 2024 or on any such date as the Bank may determine in its absolute discretion but in any case on or before 11 January 2024 which is seven (7) days after the Draw Date (“Prize Winner Notification”). Each Winner may also be contacted by telephone using your last known contact number in the Bank’s records. Only the Winners will be notified of the results of the Lucky Draw Promotion.
  12. For Prizes which are the one million GrabRewards points, the Prize will be fulfilled and credited by Grab by 18 January 2024, directly into the Grab account which the Winner has linked to their GXS Savings Account as a funding source on the Draw Date, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Grab, notwithstanding that the Winner has won a Prize under these Terms and the Draw. Each Prize Winner must ensure that your GXS Savings Account is linked as a funding source to a Grab account maintained by you. In the event Grab is unable to credit the points into your Grab account by 18 January 2024 for any reason (including for your GXS Savings Account not being linked to your Grab account as a funding source at the point of fulfilment and crediting), your Prize of GrabRewards points will be deemed to be forfeited by you in full.
  13. For Prizes which are the S$2,000 Singtel voucher, the Prize shall be in the form of a Singtel voucher code which will be notified to Successful Customers within the Prize Winner Notification.
  14. The details (full name and partially masked NRIC) of the Winners will also be announced on GXS’ website at www.gxs.com.sg/perfect-10.

6. Personal Data Consent:

  1. Any Successful Customer who does not withdraw his or her participation in the Draw in accordance with these Terms, and in addition to any consent already provided to the Bank and any right of the Bank under applicable laws, consents to the Bank (and any other necessary third party) collecting, using and disclosing your information (including your personal data) for purposes relating to your participation in the Draw, including:

    i. to notify you of the Draw results and for the announcement of the Winners on the GXS website/social media page/app, newspaper and/or such other channels as the Bank may determine in its sole discretion;
    ii. with respect to the claiming, redemption or collection of the Prize; and/or
    iii. to contact you for any publicity in connection with the Draw, including without limitation, for any request to take photographs and/or videos of you or for a quote or interview with respect to the Draw.
B. Definitions
  • "Dash Eligible Transaction" means a payment made for selected transactions and/or merchants (as determined by Singtel) with the Dash app using funds from your linked GXS Savings Account, or any other transaction types that the Bank may specify from time to time to time.
  • Eligible Transaction” means one of the following types of retail transaction, using funds from your GXS Savings Account, of equal to or more than S$10.00:
    a. a GXS Debit Card transaction eligible for a Cash Reward under the GXS Debit Card Rewards;
    b. a transfer via PayNow to a UEN payee;
    c. a Grab Eligible Transaction;
    d. a Dash Eligible Transaction performed via scanning QR,

    but may exclude the following transactions to or for:

    i. bank, third-party mobile or payment wallets (including wallet top-ups);
    ii. securities, investment or brokerage platforms;
    iii. cryptocurrency platforms; 
    iv. remittance services and/or platforms; 
    v. stored-value card top-ups; 
    vi. gambling and betting service providers; 
    vii. quasi-cash transaction; 
    viii. religious, political, charitable and social service organisations; 
    ix. cancelled, voided, disputed, reversed transactions; 
    x. any fees and charges imposed by the Bank or card association;
    xi. and any other categories or transactions which the Bank may exclude from time to time without prior notice or liability to any person.

    Please note that the above is not an exhaustive list and is subject to changes from time to time without prior notice or liability to any person. Amounts charged in multiple transactions cannot and will not be combined to make up an Eligible Transaction.
  • "Grab" means GPay Network (S) Pte. Ltd. or GrabTaxi Pte. Ltd. as the context may require.
  • "Grab Eligible Transaction" means a payment made for Grab Transport, Food, Mart and Express within the Grab app using your linked GXS Savings Account as a funding source, or any other transaction types that the Bank may specify from time to time to time.
  • "GrabRewards points" means GrabRewards points fulfilled and credited by Grab, directly into the Grab account which you have linked to your GXS Savings Account, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Grab.
  • GXS Debit Card” means the GXS Debit Card, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc.
  • GXS Debit Card Rewards” means the GXS Debit Card Rewards governed by Section A of the Rewards Terms, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc.
  • "GXS Savings Account" means the GXS Savings Account, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc.
  • Singtel” means Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd.
  • Singtel Dash” means SingCash Pte. Ltd.
C. Additional Terms for Vouchers
  • For purposes of this Section C, “Vouchers” shall mean Vouchers from the Reward and Prizes from the Draw which are Singtel vouchers.
  • Vouchers shall be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Vouchers. By using the Vouchers, the Successful Customer and Winner, if applicable, agrees to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant issuing the voucher.
  • Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
  • In the event a Voucher is lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen, your entitlement to a replacement voucher is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of the Bank. Where a replacement voucher is issued, the Bank reserves the right to deduct the full cost or retail value of the Voucher from your GXS Savings Account or any account you maintain with us if the original Voucher is utilised.
  • Any unredeemed Voucher(s) within any prescribed redemption period shall be forfeited. If your Voucher has been forfeited, you shall not be entitled to any payment of compensation or replacement notwithstanding any claims of not having downloaded or logged into the GXS App or non-receipt of the Voucher. Strictly no extension of such prescribed redemption period will be allowed. The redemption and use of the Voucher(s) is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant merchant issuing the Voucher(s). By using the Voucher(s), you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant issuing the Voucher(s).
  • Only Successful Customers and Winners who receive the Voucher(s) will be entitled to redeem the Voucher(s).
  • Successful Customers and Winners shall accept the Voucher “as is”. The Bank is not the supplier of the Voucher(s), good(s) and service(s) and makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability and/or fitness of purpose of the Voucher(s), good(s) and service(s) provided by any merchant or service provider. The Bank assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchants or for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in the Voucher(s), good(s) and/or service(s). The Bank is not an agent of the merchants. Any disputes over the Voucher(s), product quality and/or services by a merchant should be resolved directly between the Successful Customer/Winner and the relevant merchant.
  • The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute the Vouchers with an item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without liability to any persons.
  • If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Promotion were not met or complied with, the Bank reserves the right to recover the equivalent value of the Voucher by deduction from your GXS Savings Account or any account you maintain with us.
D. Additional Terms for GrabRewards points
  • GrabRewards points shall be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions of Grab. By using the GrabRewards points, the Winner agrees to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant issuing the GrabRewards points.
  • GrabRewards points are not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
  • Only Winners who receive the GrabRewards points will be entitled to redeem the GrabRewards points.
  • Winners shall accept the GrabRewards points “as is”. The Bank is not the supplier of the GrabRewards points, voucher(s), good(s) and service(s) and makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability and/or fitness of purpose of the GrabRewards points, voucher(s), good(s) and service(s) provided by any merchant or service provider. The Bank assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchants or for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in the GrabRewards points, voucher(s), good(s) and/or service(s). Any disputes over the GrabRewards points, product quality and/or services by a merchant should be resolved directly between the Winner and the relevant merchant.
  • The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute the GrabRewards points with an item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without liability to any persons.
  • If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Promotion were not met or complied with, the Bank reserves the right to recover the equivalent value of the GrabRewards points by deduction from your GXS Savings Account or any account you maintain with us.
E. Additional Terms for Grab, Singtel and Singtel Dash
  • Any issues or disputes relating to Grab, such as GrabPay, GrabRewards points and GrabGifts vouchers (including the fulfilment or crediting of GrabRewards points, GrabGifts vouchers and/or goods and/or services redeemed), should be resolved directly with Grab. Issues relating to the Grab app, including maintenance and support issues, malfunctions, or claims relating to the Grab app, should be resolved directly with Grab.
  • Any issues or disputes relating to Singtel or Singtel Dash, such as Dash Wallet Account and any rewards programme of Dash (including the fulfilment, crediting or expiry of any rewards and/or goods and/or services redeemed), should be resolved directly with Singtel or Singtel Dash. Issues relating to the Dash app, including maintenance and support issues, malfunctions, or claims relating to the Dash app, should be resolved directly with Singtel.
  • The Bank is not an agent of Grab, Singtel, or Singtel Dash. The Bank holds a banking licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The Bank is a separate entity from the Grab Financial Group entities. The Bank is a separate entity from the Singtel Group entities. The Bank is the provider of the GXS Savings Account and the GXS Debit Card.
  • Terms and conditions of Grab, Singtel and Singtel Dash, as determined by them from time to time, shall apply. The Bank’s terms and conditions are separate from the terms and conditions of Grab, Singtel and Singtel Dash. The Bank is not responsible for the terms and conditions, or any changes to the terms and conditions, of Grab, Singtel or Singtel Dash.
F. General
  • This Promotion is not valid with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.
  • The Bank may add to, amend, modify or vary any or all of these Terms at any time without notice or liability to any person.
  • The Bank’s records and decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion (including but not limited to the eligibility of any person to participate in the Promotion and the awarding of any cashback, voucher or item) shall be final, conclusive and binding on all customers. We are not obliged to entertain any correspondence.
  • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.
  • The Bank, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable for any loss, liability, expense, damage and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever incurred or sustained by any person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Promotion including the redemption or use of any good, service, product or facility of any merchant (if applicable) or for any other reason.
  • The Bank is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of any transaction by any party, including acquiring merchants, merchant establishments or any telecommunication provider.
  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
  • A third party who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms.
  • These Terms shall apply in conjunction with the Deposit Account Terms, Ecosystem Terms - Grab, Ecosystem Terms - Singtel Dash, Card Account Terms and Rewards Terms, which shall apply.

Deposit Insurance Scheme

Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$75,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
