Terms and conditions governing GXS FlexiLoan Balance Transfer Singtel Exclusive Campaign (“Promotion”)

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions, as may be amended by the Bank from time to time (“Terms”). Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms used in this Promotion shall have the meanings set forth in the GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions or as otherwise defined elsewhere in these Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, “GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions” as defined in these Terms include all the terms and conditions as set out in https://www.gxs.com.sg/flexiloan-terms, including the GXS FlexiLoan - Balance Transfer Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotion Period

This Promotion is available from 21 June 2024 to 31 July 2024 (both dates inclusive) or such date(s) as may be determined by GXS Bank Pte. Ltd. (“GXS” or “Bank”) in its sole and absolute discretion (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility
  1. Subject to Clause 2(b) below, you are eligible to participate in this Promotion if:
    (i) you have received an invite from the Bank via approved bank channels to participate in this Promotion;
    (ii) you have applied for a GXS FlexiLoan during the Promotion Period through GXS channels made available and accepted by the Bank and the Bank has approved your GXS FlexiLoan application during the Promotion Period; 
    (iii) you have applied for a GXS FlexiLoan under (ii) above using your Singtel post-paid mobile number which is under the same name as that which is used to apply for the GXS FlexiLoan; and
    (iv) you have performed a drawdown of: 
          (A) a single GXS FlexiLoan Balance Transfer loan of at least S$15,000 to S$24,999 during the Promotion Period and such loan has a loan tenure of not less than 6 months in order to be eligible for the S$150 Singtel Voucher (as defined below) (“Drawdown Category 1”); or
          (B) a single GXS FlexiLoan Balance Transfer loan of at least S$25,000 during the Promotion Period and such loan has a loan tenure of not less than 6 months in order to be eligible for the S$250 Singtel Voucher (as defined below) (“Drawdown Category 2”).

    (a “Eligible Applicant”).

  2. You will not be an Eligible Applicant if:
    (i) you are an existing holder of a GXS FlexiLoan account or have opened and held a GXS FlexiLoan account at any time prior to the Promotion Period;
    (ii) you prepay more than 50% of your loan on or before 31 October 2024;
    (iii) any condition in Clause 2(a) has not been complied with;
    (iv) any information which you have provided to the Bank during the GXS FlexiLoan application process has materially changed prior to drawdown of the loan; or
    (v) at any time during the Promotion Period or prior to fulfillment of the Reward:
         (A) your GXS FlexiLoan account with the Bank is closed, suspended, cancelled or terminated (whether voluntarily or involuntarily); or
         (B) you’ve breached any of the Terms of this Promotion or the GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions.
3. Reward
  1. Under this Promotion, an  Eligible Applicant is eligible to receive, subject to the Terms of this Promotion: 
    (i) a S$150 Singtel Online Shop voucher (“S$150 Singtel Voucher”); or
    (ii) a S$250 Singtel Online Shop voucher (“S$250 Singtel Voucher”, together with the S$150 Singtel Voucher, the “Rewards”).
  2. The Reward is awarded on a first-come-first-served basis and is limited to the first 500 Eligible Applicants in Drawdown Category 1 and first 500 Eligible Applicants in Drawdown Category 2, who have successfully complied with the terms and conditions of this Promotion (“Successful Participant”), provided such customer has provided the Bank with full and accurate details and/or particulars.
  3. Each Eligible Applicant who is a Successful Participant is limited to one (1) Reward.
4. General Rewards Terms and Conditions
  • Following the end of the Promotion Period, and/or upon such time that the Terms of the Promotion has been fulfilled, the Bank will provide the Successful Participants with details to redeem and/or use the Reward, and such conditions accompanying the redemption and/or use of the Reward from the supplier of the Reward. Only the Successful Participants will be notified.
  • The Successful Participants shall accept their Reward as it is and subject to any terms and conditions that may be imposed by the supplier of the Reward.
  • The Successful Participants shall comply with such conditions of redemption and/or use stipulated by the supplier of the Reward, including the expiry of the Reward.
  • The Rewards are available on a first-come first-served basis and may be limited in quantity and the Bank makes no guarantee on the availability of a Reward.
  • The Rewards shall not be transferable, sold and/or exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items in part or in whole.
  • The Bank shall not be liable to replace and/or compensate any Successful Participant for any Reward that has been lost, expired and/or otherwise not redeemed, collected or used in accordance with the terms and conditions.
  • The Bank reserves the right to claw back the value of any Reward if it determines, at its sole and absolute discretion, that a customer has not fulfilled the terms of the Promotion and/or otherwise any misrepresentation, misconduct, fraud, and/or unfair or illegal conduct has been exhibited on the part of the customer at any time.
  • The Bank is not the supplier of the Rewards, and is not obliged to assist or otherwise act on behalf of the customer to communicate with the supplier of the Rewards for any reason, including but not limited to, the pursuit of any recourse against the supplier.
  • The Bank makes no representation or warranty as to the quality or fitness for purpose, whether express or implied, of the Reward.
5. General Terms and Conditions
  • This Promotion is not valid with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated. For the avoidance of doubt, all Eligible Applicants may also participate in all other GXS FlexiLoan campaigns that are running from the date of receipt from the invitation referred to in Clause 2(a)(i) if they have complied with the applicable terms and conditions thereunder, unless otherwise stated.
  • The Bank may add to, amend, modify or vary any or all of these Terms at any time without notice or liability to any person.
  • The Bank’s records and decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion (including but not limited to the eligibility of any person to participate in the Promotion and the awarding of any cashback, voucher or item or determination of any winner) shall be final, conclusive and binding on all customers. We are not obliged to entertain any correspondence.
  • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.
  • The Bank, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable for any loss, liability, expense, damage and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever incurred or sustained by any person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Promotion including the redemption or use of any good, service, product or facility of any merchant (if applicable) or for any other reason.
  • The Bank is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of any transaction by any party, including acquiring merchants, merchant establishments or any telecommunication provider.
  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
  • A third party who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms.
  • These Terms shall apply in conjunction with the GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms as may be updated and/or notified by the Bank from time to time.
  • The Bank reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, discontinue, extend and/or otherwise terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. The Bank shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims or expenses arising from the suspension, discontinuance, extension and/or termination of the Promotion.
