Terms and conditions governing GXS FlexiLoan Singtel IT Show Campaign (“Promotion”)

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions, as may be amended by the Bank from time to time (“Terms”). Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms used in this Promotion shall have the meanings set forth in the GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions or as otherwise defined elsewhere in these Terms.

1. Promotion Period

This Promotion is available from 14 March 2024 to 31 March 2024 (both dates inclusive) or such date(s) as may be determined by GXS Bank Pte. Ltd. (“GXS” or “Bank”) in its sole and absolute discretion (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility
  1. Subject to Clause 2(b) below, you are eligible to participate in this Promotion if:
    i. you have received any communication or invite from the Bank via approved bank channels to participate in this Promotion;
    ii. you are an existing GXS FlexiLoan account holder or you have applied for a GXS FlexiLoan during the Promotion Period through GXS channels made available and accepted by the Bank and the Bank has approved your GXS FlexiLoan application during the Promotion Period, and in each case your account remains active and in good standing with the Bank at all material times, including during the Promotion Period; and
    iii. you have performed a drawdown of a single loan of at least S$2,000 during the Promotion Period; and
    iv. the loan referred to in sub-clause (iii) has a loan tenure of not less than 6 months.

  2. You will not be an Eligible Applicant if:
    i. you prepay at least 50% of your loan on or before 30 April 2024;
    ii. any condition in Clause 2(a) has not been complied with;
    iii. any information which you have provided to the Bank during the GXS FlexiLoan application process has materially changed prior to drawdown of the loan; or
    iv. at any time during the Promotion Period or prior to fulfillment of the Reward:
           (A) your GXS FlexiLoan account with the Bank is closed, suspended, cancelled or terminated (whether voluntarily or involuntarily) or is otherwise not in good standing; or
           (B) you’ve breached any of the Terms of this Promotion or the GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions.
3. Reward
  1. Under this Promotion, an Eligible Applicant is eligible to receive a S$20 Singtel voucher (“Reward”) subject to the Terms of this Promotion.
  2. The Reward is awarded on a first-come-first-served basis and is limited to the first 500 Eligible Applicants who have successfully complied with the terms and conditions of this Promotion (“Successful Participant”), provided such customer has provided the Bank with full and accurate details and/or particulars.
  3. Each Eligible Applicant who is a Successful Participant is limited to one (1) Reward.
  4. The Reward will be disbursed in the form of a promo code and can only be used for the purchase of any item(s) on www.singtel.com/accessories.
4. General Rewards Terms and Conditions
  • This Clause 4 applies to the Promotion and the Reward.
  • Following the end of the Promotion Period, and/or upon such time that the Terms of the Promotion has been fulfilled, the Bank will provide the Successful Participants with details to redeem and/or use the Reward, and such conditions accompanying the redemption and/or use of the Reward from the supplier of the Reward. Only the Successful Participants will be notified.
  • The Successful Participants shall accept their Reward as it is and subject to any terms and conditions that may be imposed by the supplier of the Reward.
  • The Successful Participants shall comply with such conditions of redemption and/or use stipulated by the supplier of the Reward, including the expiry of the Reward.
  • The Rewards are available on a first-come first-served basis and may be limited in quantity and the Bank makes no guarantee on the availability of a Reward.
  • The Rewards shall not be transferable, sold and/or exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items in part or in whole.
  • The Bank and the supplier of the Reward shall not be liable to replace and/or compensate any Successful Participant for any Reward that has been lost, expired and/or otherwise not redeemed, collected or used in accordance with the terms and conditions.
  • The Bank reserves the right to claw back the value of any Reward if it determines, at its sole and absolute discretion, that a customer has not fulfilled the terms of the Promotion and/or otherwise any misrepresentation, misconduct, fraud, and/or unfair or illegal conduct has been exhibited on the part of the customer at any time.
  • The Bank is not the supplier of the Reward, and is not obliged to assist or otherwise act on behalf of the customer to communicate with the supplier of the Reward for any reason, including but not limited to, the pursuit of any recourse against the supplier.
  • The Bank makes no representation or warranty as to the quality or fitness for purpose, whether express or implied, of the Reward.
5. General Terms and Conditions
  • This Promotion is not valid with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated. For the avoidance of doubt, all Eligible Applicants may also participate in all other GXS FlexiLoan campaigns running during the Promotion Period if they have complied with the applicable terms and conditions thereunder, unless otherwise stated.
  • The Bank may add to, amend, modify or vary any or all of these Terms at any time without notice or liability to any person.
  • The Bank’s records and decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion (including but not limited to the eligibility of any person to participate in the Promotion and the awarding of any cashback, voucher or item or determination of any winner) shall be final, conclusive and binding on all customers. We are not obliged to entertain any correspondence.
  • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.
  • The Bank, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable for any loss, liability, expense, damage and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever incurred or sustained by any person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Promotion including the redemption or use of any good, service, product or facility of any merchant (if applicable) or for any other reason.
  • The Bank is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of any transaction by any party, including acquiring merchants, merchant establishments or any telecommunication provider.
  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
  • A third party who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms.
  • These Terms shall apply in conjunction with the GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms as may be updated and/or notified by the Bank from time to time.
  • The Bank reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, discontinue, extend and/or otherwise terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. The Bank shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims or expenses arising from the suspension, discontinuance, extension and/or termination of the Promotion.
