GXS Bank Student Perks Campaign Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions governing Student Perks Campaign (“Campaign”)
By participating in the Campaign with GXS Bank Pte. Ltd. (“GXS”, “GXS Bank” or “Bank”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):
1. The Campaign is available from 01 August 2025 to 30 September 2025 (both dates inclusive) or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion (“Campaign Period”).
2. The Q3 2025 Student Campaign comprises:
a. The following three (3) Student Campaigns:
i. Student Sign-up Campaign;
ii. Student 10% Cashback Campaign - GXS Debit Card; and
iii. Student 10% Cashback Campaign - GXS FlexiCard.
b. The following two (2) Referral Campaigns:
i. Refer for Rewards Campaign (Student Q3); and
ii. Top Introducer Campaign.
Eligibility
1. The Sign-up Campaign is available to you if you are a student at an eligible education institution in Singapore with the education institution email address with the official school domain (“Student Email Address”) and you did not maintain any account(s) with GXS Bank prior to the Campaign Period (“Eligible Student”).
2. You will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign:
- if you are an existing GXS Bank customer;
- if you had held and closed any GXS Bank account previously,
even if you did not use your Student Email Address for such GXS Bank account.
3. To be eligible to receive cashback under this Campaign:
- you must be an Eligible Student who successfully opens a GXS Savings Account or
GXS FlexiCard account (as the case may be) during the Campaign Period using your
Student Email Address; - your email address on record with the Bank (including for your GXS Savings Account) must be your Student Email Address throughout the Campaign Period; and
- your GXS Savings Account and GXS Debit Card, and GXS FlexiCard account (where applicable), are active and in good standing with the Bank until the point(s) of fulfilment of Cashback (as defined below) for this Campaign.
(“Eligible Customer”).
Sign-up Campaign
4. Under the Sign-up Campaign, each Eligible Customer shall receive a S$10 cashback (“Sign-up Cashback”) if you are one of the first 1,000 Eligible Customers to:
- successfully open your GXS Savings Account during the Campaign Period; and
- successfully make a Qualifying Transaction on your GXS Debit Card during the Campaign Period.
5. “Qualifying Transaction” means an Eligible Transaction under the GXS Debit Card Rewards terms, of equal to or greater than S$10.00, and excludes all transactions made via AXS, that is charged and settled within the Campaign Period. Transactions which are charged during the Campaign Period but only settled after the Campaign Period will not be eligible for Sign-up Cashback under this Campaign.
6. Each Eligible Customer shall also be entitled to receive a S$6 cashback (“Save Cashback”) if
you:
- successfully open your GXS Savings Account during the Campaign Period; and
- successfully fulfil the following requirements under this Save Campaign:
- deposit at least S$6,000 in fresh funds into the Main Account and/or one or more Saving Pocket(s) of your GXS Savings Account (“Funding Amount”) by the end of the month in which you opened your GXS Savings Account (“Funding Period”); and
- throughout the applicable holding period (“Holding Period”), maintain a total day end balance of at least S$6,000 in the Main Account and/or one or more Saving Pocket(s) of your GXS Savings
Account (i.e. aggregate day end balance in your Main Account and all Saving Pockets) for every day of the Holding Period:

7. Fresh funds refer to funds not transferred from any GXS Savings Account (i.e. not transferred from a Main Account, any Saving Pocket or a Boost Pocket).
8. Funds maintained in all Boost Pockets of your GXS Savings Account will not be calculated as part of the Funding Amount during the Holding Period.
9. Sign-up Cashback is limited to the first 1,000 Eligible Customers who successfully fulfil the requirements of the Student Sign-up Campaign only.
10. Save Cashback is limited to the first 1,000 Eligible Customers in each of August and September to successfully fulfil the requirements of the Student Sign-up Campaign only.
Eligibility
1. The Student 10% Cashback Campaign - GXS Debit Card Campaign is available to you if you are a student at an eligible education institution in Singapore with the education institution email address with the official school domain (“Student Email Address”) (“Eligible Student”).
2. You will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign:
- if you are an existing GXS Bank customer;
- if you had held and closed any GXS Bank account previously,
even if you did not use your Student Email Address for such GXS Bank account.
3. To be eligible to receive cashback under this Campaign:
- you must be an Eligible Student who successfully opens a GXS Savings Account during the Campaign Period using your Student Email Address;
- your email address on record with the Bank (including for your GXS Savings Account) must be your Student Email Address throughout the Campaign Period; and
- your GXS Savings Account and GXS Debit Card, and GXS FlexiCard account (where applicable), are active and in good standing with the Bank until the point(s) of fulfilment of Cashback (as defined below) for this Campaign
(“Eligible Customer”).
10% Cashback Campaign – GXS Debit Card
4. Under the 10% Cashback Campaign - GXS Debit Card, each Eligible Customer shall receive 10% cashback on up to S$200 in GXS Debit Card Qualifying Spend (i.e. up to S$20 in cashback) (“GXS Debit Card 10% Cashback”) if you are one of the first 1,000 Eligible Customers to make your first Qualifying Spend.
5. “GXS Debit Card Qualifying Spend” means an Eligible Transaction under the GXS Debit Card Rewards terms, save that no minimum spend per transaction is required for purposes of a Qualifying Spend, and excludes all transactions made via AXS, that is charged and settled within the Campaign Period. Transactions which are charged during the Campaign Period but only settled after the Campaign Period will not be eligible for GXS Debit Card 10% Cashback under this Campaign.
6. Limited to the first 1,000 Eligible Customers who successfully fulfil the requirements of the 10% Cashback Campaign only.
Eligibility
1. The 10% Cashback Campaign - GXS FlexiCard is available to you if you are a student at an eligible education institution in Singapore with the education institution email address with the official school domain (“Student Email Address”) (“Eligible Student”).
2. You will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign:
- if you are an existing GXS Bank customer;
- if you had held and closed any GXS Bank account previously,
even if you did not use your Student Email Address for such GXS Bank account.
3. To be eligible to receive cashback under this Campaign:
- you must be an Eligible Student who successfully opens a GXS FlexiCard account during the Campaign Period using your Student Email Address;
- your email address on record with the Bank for your GXS FlexiCard account must be your Student Email Address throughout the Campaign Period; and
- your GXS FlexiCard account is active and in good standing with the Bank until the point(s) of fulfilment of Cashback (as defined below) for this Campaign
(“Eligible Customer”).
10% Cashback Campaign – GXS FlexiCard
4. Under the 10% Cashback Campaign - GXS FlexiCard, each Eligible Customer shall receive 10% cashback on up to S$300 in GXS FlexiCard Qualifying Spend (i.e. up to S$30 in cashback) (“GXS FlexiCard 10% Cashback”).
5. “GXS FlexiCard Qualifying Spend” means an Eligible Transaction under the GXS FlexiCard Rewards terms, save that no minimum spend per transaction is required for purposes of a Qualifying Spend, and excludes all transactions made via AXS, that is charged and settled within the Campaign Period. Transactions which are charged during the Campaign Period but only settled after the Campaign Period will not be eligible for GXS FlexiCard 10% Cashback under this Campaign.
1. The Refer for Rewards Campaign (Student Q3) (“Referral Campaign”) is available during the Campaign Period or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion (“Referral Campaign Period”), unless otherwise stated herein.
Eligibility
2. Subject to Clause E3 below, you are eligible to participate in this Referral Campaign if:
- you hold or maintain any GXS Bank Product account that is active and in good standing during the Referral Campaign Period; and
- you successfully refer a student at an eligible education institution in Singapore with the education institution email address with the official school domain (“Student Email Address”) and who did not maintain any account(s) with GXS Bank prior to the Referral Campaign Period, even if such student did not use their Student Email Address for such GXS Bank Product account (“Referee”) to the Bank to successfully sign up for their first GXS Bank product which is any one or more of the following GXS Bank products during the Referral Campaign Period:
- GXS Savings Account;
- GXS FlexiCard; and/or
- GXS FlexiLoan,
(each, a “GXS Bank Product” and together “GXS Bank Products”).
Such existing GXS Bank Product account holder shall be referred to as the “Introducer”.
3. You will not be eligible for this Referral Campaign if:
- at any time, you’ve breached any of the Terms or the terms and conditions governing any GXS Bank Product account or your GXS Bank Product account has been blocked, terminated, suspended or is under investigation;
- the requirements in Clause E2 above have not been met; or
- the Referee had closed any of his or her applicable GXS Bank Product account(s) in the last 6 months from the date the referral code is being used and reapplied for such GXS Bank Product account during this Referral Campaign Period.
4. Without prejudice to Clauses E2 to E7, a referral will be considered successful if:
- the eligibility requirements in Clause E2 have been met;
- the Bank receives the Referee’s application for any GXS Bank Product via the Introducer’s referral code (which is valid and existing) during the Referral Campaign Period which has been sent to the Introducer through official GXS Bank communication channels; and
- it is made in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012
(“Successful Referral”).
5. For the avoidance of doubt, a Successful Referral is for each Referee who has applied for a GXS Bank Product. If such Referee successfully applied for three (3) GXS Bank Products, it would still be considered as one (1) Successful Referral.
6. The date of referral shall be determined as the date on which the Bank receives the Referee’s application for the applicable GXS Bank Product via the Introducer’s referral code.
7. Without prejudice to these Terms, the Bank shall retain the sole and absolute discretion to determine any person’s eligibility under any GXS Bank Product application or this Referral Campaign for any reason without liability, including (but not limited to) if the Bank determines at its sole discretion that an Introducer or Referee has not complied with or has breached any of the Terms or any GXS Bank Product Terms and/or otherwise due to any misrepresentation, misconduct, fraud and/or unfair or illegal conduct exhibited by any person at any time.
Refer for Rewards Campaign
8. Under this Referral Campaign:
- the Introducer will receive a S$6 cashback per Successful Referral (“Referral Cashback”); and
- for every six (6) Successful Referrals, the Introducer will receive a bonus S$24 cashback (“Bonus Referral Cashback”).
9. If more than one Introducer refers the same Referee to the Bank during the Referral Campaign Period under this Referral Campaign, the Introducer whose referral code is first used by the Referee in his or her successful application will be eligible to receive the Referral Cashback. The use of such referral code shall be final and conclusive.
10. A Referee is only allowed to use a referral code once and cannot use multiple referral codes.
Personal Data
11. By referring any Referee to the Bank or sending any Bank-issued referral code to any Referee, the Introducer:
- consents to the Bank disclosing information on the Introducer and the fact that such Introducer holds an account or accounts for a GXS Bank Product or GXS Bank Products to the Referee for purposes of or in connection with this Referral Campaign;
- agrees and confirms that he or she has prior to referring any Referee already informed and obtained the consent of the Referee to collect, disclose and use the Referee’s personal data for the purposes of or in connection with this Referral Campaign and that certain information relating to the Referee’s GXS Bank Product application may be disclosed to the Introducer by virtue of whether or not such Introducer receives a Referral Cashback; and
- agrees and confirms that he or she has prior to referring any Referee already informed and obtained the consent of the Referee to the Bank’s representative contacting them via phone, message and/or electronic mail for the purposes of or in connection with this Referral Campaign.
12. By using any Bank-issued referral code to apply for a GXS Bank Product under this Campaign, the Referee agrees, confirms and consents:
- to the Bank collecting, disclosing and using his or her personal data for the purposes of or in connection with this Campaign and that certain information relating to the Referee’s GXS Bank Product application may be disclosed to the Introducer; and
- to the Bank or any Bank representative contacting them via phone, message and/or electronic mail.
1. This Top Introducer Campaign is available during the Campaign Period or such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole and absolute discretion (“Top Introducer Campaign Period”).
2. Under the Top Introducer Campaign, the three (3) Introducers who make the top three (3) most Successful Referrals during the Top Introducer Campaign Period (each a “Top Introducer”) shall each be entitled to receive a top referrer gift of your choice of a Dyson AirWrap or a Nintendo Switch 2 (“Referral Gift”), subject to your applicable GXS Bank Product accounts being active, in good standing and not having been cancelled, closed, blocked, terminated, suspended or under investigation at the point of collection of the Voucher.
3. Each Top Introducer will be notified that you are a Top Introducer via a message in the inbox of your GXS Bank app and/or an email to the email address in the Bank’s records, within 7 business days after the end of the Top Introducer Campaign Period (“Top Introducer Notification”). You will also receive a telephone call via your number in the Bank’s records within 14 business days after you receive the Top Introducer Notification to enable the Bank to confirm your choice of the Referral Gift. In the event you do not pick up the call or the Bank is otherwise unable to contact you via telephone call, the Referral Gift will be allocated to you at the sole discretion and absolute discretion of the Bank. The collection or delivery method for the Referral Gift shall be determined by the Bank at its sole and absolute discretion, and will be notified to each Top Introducer in the Top Introducer Notification.
4. Limited to one Referral Gift per Introducer and Top Introducer throughout the Top Introducer Campaign Period.
5. Referral Gifts shall be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Referral Gifts. By using the Referral Gifts, the Eligible Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant issuing the Referral Gift.
6. In the event a Referral Gift is lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen, your entitlement to a replacement referral gift is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of the Bank. Where a replacement referral gift is issued, the Bank reserves the right to deduct the full cost or retail value of the Referral Gift from your GXS Savings Account or any GXS Bank Product account you maintain with us if the original Referral Gift is utilised.
7. Any unredeemed Referral Gift(s) within any prescribed redemption period shall be forfeited. If your Referral Gift has been forfeited, you shall not be entitled to any payment of compensation or replacement notwithstanding any claims of not having downloaded or logged into the GXS Bank app or non-receipt of the Referral Gift. Strictly no extension of such prescribed redemption period will be allowed. The redemption and use of the Referral Gift(s) is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant merchant issuing the Referral Gift(s). By using the Referral Gift(s), you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant merchant issuing the Referral Gift(s).
8. Top Introducer shall accept the Referral Gift “as is”. The Bank is not the supplier of the Referral Gift(s), good(s) and service(s) and makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability and/or fitness of purpose of the Referral Gift(s), good(s) and service(s) provided by any merchant or service provider. The Bank assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchants or for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in the Referral Gift(s), good(s) and/or service(s). The Bank is not an agent of the merchants. Any disputes over the Referral Gift(s), product quality and/or services by a merchant should be resolved directly between the Eligible Customer and the relevant merchant.
9. The Referral Gift is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
10. The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute any Referral Gift with an item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without liability to any person(s).
11. If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Campaign were not met or complied with, the Bank reserves the right to recover any or all Top Introducer (or its equivalent value) by deduction from your GXS Savings Account or any GXS Bank Product account you maintain with us.
GXS Savings Account and GXS Debit Card
1. “GXS Savings Account” means the GXS Savings Account, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc.
2. “GXS Debit Card” means the GXS Debit Card, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc.
3. “GXS Debit Card Rewards” means the GXS Debit Card Rewards governed by Section A of the Rewards Terms, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc. For the GXS Debit Card, “Eligible Transaction” means an Eligible Transaction under the GXS Debit Card Rewards.
GXS FlexiCard
4. “GXS FlexiCard” means the GXS FlexiCard, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc.
5. “GXS FlexiCard Rewards” means the GXS FlexiCard Rewards governed by Section B of the Rewards Terms, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc. For the GXS FlexiCard, “Eligible Transaction” means an Eligible Transaction under the GXS FlexiCard Rewards.
1. For purposes of this Section H, “Cashback” shall mean:
- Sign-up Cashback, Save Cashback, GXS Debit Card 10% Cashback and GXS FlexiCard 10% Cashback; and
- Referral Cashback and Bonus Referral Cashback.
2. Cashback is issued on a first-come-first served basis and is while stocks last. Referral Cashback is on a first-come-first-served basis and is limited to the first 10,000 Successful Referrals during the Referral Campaign Period.
3. You are entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) each of the Sign-Up Cashback, Save Cashback, GXS Debit Card 10% Cashback (capped at S$20) and GXS FlexiCard 10% Cashback (capped at S$30) throughout the Campaign Period.
4. The Cashback which you are entitled to receive from the Student Campaigns shall be credited to you in the following manner:
- for Sign-up Cashback and GXS Debit Card 10% Cashback: credited into the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account on or before 31 October 2025;
- for Save Cashback: credited into the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account within 14 business days after the Holding Period i.e. after 30 September 2025 and 31 October 2025 respectively.
- for GXS FlexiCard 10% Cashback: credited to your GXS FlexiCard account on or before 31 October 2025.
5. Referral Cashback and Bonus Referral Cashback shall be credited in the following manner:
- for Introducers who are GXS Savings Account customers and GXS FlexiLoancustomers, into the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account on or before 31 October 2025; and
- for Introducers who are GXS FlexiCard customers and do not maintain a GXS Savings Account, into your GXS FlexiCard account on or before 31 October 2025.
6. If your GXS Savings Account is closed prior to the crediting of any Cashback for any reason, or if any GXS Debit Card transaction required for the Campaign is reversed or refunded (in full or in part), the Cashback that has yet to be credited will be forfeited notwithstanding that it was accrued under the Campaign. If your GXS FlexiCard account is closed prior to the crediting of any Cashback for any reason, or if any GXS FlexiCard transaction required for the Campaign is reversed or refunded (in full or in part), the Cashback that has yet to be credited will be forfeited.
7. Cashback is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred
or assigned.
8. The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute the Cashback with an
item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without
liability to any persons.
9. If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Campaign were not met or complied with, or if GXS Debit Card or GXS FlexiCard transactions required for the Campaign(s) are reversed or refunded, the Bank reserves the right to recover any or all Cashback (or its equivalent value) by deduction from your GXS Savings Account or any account you maintain with us.
1. This Campaign is not valid with other offers or campaigns unless otherwise stated.
2. The Bank may add to, amend, modify or vary any or all of these Terms at any time without notice or liability to any person.
3. The Bank’s records and decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign (including but not limited to the eligibility of any person to participate in the Campaign and the awarding of any cashback, voucher or item) shall be final, conclusive and binding on all customers. We are not obliged to entertain any correspondence.
4. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Campaign, these Terms shall prevail.
5. The Bank, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable for any loss, liability, expense, damage and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever incurred or sustained by any person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Campaign including the redemption or use of any good, service, product or facility of any merchant (if applicable) or for any other reason.
6. The Bank is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of any transaction by any party, including acquiring merchants, merchant establishments or any telecommunication provider.
7. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
8. A third party who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms.
9. These Terms shall apply in conjunction with the Deposit Account Terms, Card Account Terms, Rewards Terms and GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions (including the GXS FlexiLoan - Balance Transfer Terms and Conditions), which shall apply. Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms used in this Campaign shall have the meanings set forth in these terms and conditions (as applicable) or as otherwise defined elsewhere in these Terms.
10. All information is accurate at the time of publication.
Deposit Insurance Scheme
Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign
currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are
not insured.
