Terms and conditions governing
GXS SG60 Campaign ("SG60 Campaign" or "Campaign")
By participating in the Campaign with GXS Bank Pte. Ltd. (“GXS” or “Bank”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):
A. SG60 Campaign
- Campaign Period: The SG60 Campaign is available from 01 July 2025 to 31 August 2025 (both dates inclusive) or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion (“Campaign Period”), unless otherwise stated herein.
- Eligibility:
a. The SG60 Campaign is available to you if:
i. you fulfil the requirements under each Campaign under this Campaign e.g. you are a new-to-GXS Savings Account, GXS FlexiCard and/or GXS FlexiLoan customer in respect of the respective Campaign during the Campaign Period; and
ii. your respective GXS Savings Account, GXS FlexiCard and/or GXS FlexiLoan account (where applicable) is active and in good standing with the Bank until the point(s) of fulfilment of the applicable Cashback(s) (as defined below) for this Campaign,
("Eligible Person"), unless otherwise stated herein.
- Campaigns: This SG60 Campaign comprises the follow four (4) campaigns:
a. Save Campaign for a S$6 cashback for your GXS Savings Account;
b. Spend Campaign for an additional 6% cashback on your GXS FlexiCard;
c. Borrow Campaign for a 60-day interest-free period for your GXS FlexiLoan; and
d. Refer for Rewards Campaign (SG60) for a S$60 cashback for every 6 Successful Referrals (as defined below).
B. Save Campaign
- The Save Campaign is available to Eligible Persons who are new-to-GXS Savings Account customers who successfully open your GXS Savings Account from 01 July 2025 to 31 August 2025 (both dates inclusive) only.
- Eligibility:
a. The SG60 Campaign is available to you if:
i. you fulfil the requirements under each Campaign under this Campaign e.g. you are a new-to-GXS Savings Account, GXS FlexiCard and/or GXS FlexiLoan customer in respect of the respective Campaign during the Campaign Period; and
ii. your respective GXS Savings Account, GXS FlexiCard and/or GXS FlexiLoan account (where applicable) is active and in good standing with the Bank until the point(s) of fulfilment of the applicable Cashback(s) (as defined below) for this Campaign,

- Fresh funds refer to funds not transferred from any GXS Savings Account (i.e. not transferred from a Main Account, any Saving Pocket or a Boost Pocket).
- Funds maintained in all Boost Pockets of your GXS Savings Account will not be calculated as part of the Funding Amount during the Holding Period.
- Limited to the first 20,000 Eligible Persons who successfully fulfil the requirements of the Save Campaign only.
C. Spend Campaign
- The Spend Campaign is available to Eligible Persons who are new-to-GXS FlexiCard customers who successfully create your virtual GXS FlexiCard during the Campaign Period only.
- Each Eligible Person shall be entitled to receive six percent (6%) cashback on all Qualifying Transactions made during the Campaign Period on your virtual and/or physical GXS FlexiCard (“Spend Cashback”). Spend Cashback is capped at a total of S$30 per Eligible Customer.
- “Qualifying Transaction” means an Eligible Transaction on your GXS FlexiCard under the GXS FlexiCard Rewards, save that no minimum spend per transaction is required for purposes of a Qualifying Transaction on your GXS FlexiCard under this Spend Campaign, such transaction is charged and settled within the Campaign Period, and excludes all transactions made via AXS.
D. Borrow Campaign
- The Borrow Campaign is available to Eligible Persons who are new-to-GXS FlexiLoan customers who successfully open your GXS FlexiLoan account during the Campaign Period only.
- Each Eligible Person shall be entitled to enjoy zero interest on your Loan (as defined below) for the first sixty (60) days of the Loan by way of cashback (“Borrow Cashback”) if you:
a. draw down a single GXS FlexiLoan instalment loan of at least S$5,000 and such loan has a tenure of not less than 12 months (“Loan”);
b. have named your Loan “SG60”; and
c. maintain a GXS Savings Account by 31 August 2025.
- Limited to the first 500 Eligible Persons who successfully fulfil the requirements of the Borrow Campaign only. Borrow Cashback is capped at a total aggregate amount of S$1,000.
- For purposes of this Borrow Campaign, drawdowns of a Balance Transfer Loan will not fulfil the requirement of a GXS FlexiLoan instalment loan;
- You will not be eligible to receive Borrow Cashback if:
a. you make any early repayments on your Loan;
b. you repay more or less than the stated monthly loan repayment amount on any given repayment period for the first 12 scheduled repayments of your Loan;
c. you default on any GXS FlexiLoan repayments;
d. any information which you have provided to the Bank during the GXS FlexiLoan application process has materially changed prior to drawdown of the Loan or during your Loan; or
e. there has been any revision to your credit rating during the Campaign Period.
- The Bank reserves the right to reject any application, suspend, terminate or close any GXS FlexiLoan account and/or change or vary any term of the GXS FlexiLoan offered (including the credit limits or any interest rate) at its sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to if the Bank determines (at its sole discretion) that an Eligible Person has not fulfilled the terms of the Borrow Campaign and/or otherwise any misrepresentation, misconduct, fraud, and/or unfair or illegal conduct has been exhibited on the part of the Eligible Person at any time.
E. Refer for Rewards Campaign (SG60)
- The Refer for Rewards Campaign (SG60) (“Referral Campaign”) is available during the Campaign Period or any such date(s) as may be determined and notified by the Bank in its sole discretion (“Referral Campaign Period”), unless otherwise stated herein.
- Subject to Clause E3 below, you are eligible to participate in this Referral Campaign if:
a. you have received an invite from the Bank via approved bank channels to participate in the Referral Campaign;
b. you hold or maintain any GXS Bank Product account that is active and in good standing during the Referral Campaign Period; and
c. you successfully refer any person (“Referee”) to the Bank to successfully sign up for their first GXS Bank product which is any one or more of the following GXS Bank products during the Referral Campaign Period:
i. GXS Savings Account;
ii. GXS FlexiCard; and/or
iii. GXS FlexiLoan,(each, a “GXS Bank Product” and together “GXS Bank Products”).Such existing GXS Bank Product account holder shall be referred to as the “Introducer”. - You will not be eligible for this Referral Campaign if:
a. at any time, you’ve breached any of the Terms or the terms and conditions governing any GXS Bank Product account or your GXS Bank Product account has been blocked, terminated, suspended or is under investigation;
b. the requirements in Clause E2 above have not been met; or
c. the Referee had closed any of his or her applicable GXS Bank Product account(s) in the last 6 months from the date the referral code is being used and reapplied for such GXS Bank Product account during this Referral Campaign Period.
- Without prejudice to Clauses E2 to E7, a referral will be considered successful if:
a. the eligibility requirements in Clause E2 have been met;
b. the Bank receives the Referee’s application for any GXS Bank Product via the Introducer’s referral code (which is valid and existing) during the Referral Campaign Period which has been sent to the Introducer through official GXS Bank communication channels; and
c. it is made in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“Successful Referral”). - For the avoidance of doubt, a Successful Referral is for each Referee who has applied for a GXS Bank Product. If such Referee successfully applied for three (3) GXS Bank Products, it would still be considered as one (1) Successful Referral.
- The date of referral shall be determined as the date on which the Bank receives the Referee’s application for the applicable GXS Bank Product via the Introducer’s referral code.
- Without prejudice to these Terms, the Bank shall retain the sole and absolute discretion to determine any person’s eligibility under any GXS Bank Product application or this Referral Campaign for any reason without liability, including (but not limited to) if the Bank determines at its sole discretion that an Introducer or Referee has not complied with or has breached any of the Terms or any GXS Bank Product Terms and/or otherwise due to any misrepresentation, misconduct, fraud and/or unfair or illegal conduct exhibited by any person at any time.
Refer for Rewards Campaign
- Under this Referral Campaign:
a. the Introducer will receive a S$6 cashback per Successful Referral (“Referral Cashback”); and
b. for every six (6) Successful Referrals, the Introducer will receive a bonus S$24 cashback (“Bonus Referral Cashback”). - If more than one Introducer refers the same Referee to the Bank during the Referral Campaign Period under this Referral Campaign, the Introducer whose referral code is first used by the Referee in his or her successful application will be eligible to receive the Referral Cashback. The use of such referral code shall be final and conclusive.
- A Referee is only allowed to use a referral code once and cannot use multiple referral codes.
Personal Data
- By referring any Referee to the Bank or sending any Bank-issued referral code to any Referee, the Introducer:
a. consents to the Bank disclosing information on the Introducer and the fact that such Introducer holds an account or accounts for a GXS Bank Product or GXS Bank Products to the Referee for purposes of or in connection with this Referral Campaign;
b. agrees and confirms that he or she has prior to referring any Referee already informed and obtained the consent of the Referee to collect, disclose and use the Referee’s personal data for the purposes of or in connection with this Referral Campaign and that certain information relating to the Referee’s GXS Bank Product application may be disclosed to the Introducer by virtue of whether or not such Introducer receives a Referral Cashback; and
c. agrees and confirms that he or she has prior to referring any Referee already informed and obtained the consent of the Referee to the Bank’s representative contacting them via phone, message and/or electronic mail for the purposes of or in connection with this Referral Campaign. - By using any Bank-issued referral code to apply for a GXS Bank Product under this Promotion, the Referee agrees, confirms and consents:
a. to the Bank collecting, disclosing and using his or her personal data for the purposes of or in connection with this Promotion and that certain information relating to the Referee’s GXS Bank Product application may be disclosed to the Introducer; and
b. to the Bank or any Bank representative contacting them via phone, message and/or electronic mail.
F. Definitions
GXS Savings Account
- “GXS Savings Account” means the GXS Savings Account, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc.
GXS FlexiCard
- "Eligible Transaction" means an Eligible Transaction under the GXS FlexiCard Rewards.
- “GXS FlexiCard” means the GXS FlexiCard, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc.
- “GXS FlexiCard Rewards” means the GXS FlexiCard Rewards governed by Section B of the Rewards Terms, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc.
GXS FlexiLoan
- “GXS FlexiLoan” means the GXS FlexiLoan, for which more information and terms and conditions can be found at https://www.gxs.com.sg/tnc. For the avoidance of doubt, the GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions include the GXS FlexiLoan - Balance Transfer Terms and Conditions.
G. Additional Terms for Cashback
- For purposes of this Section G, “Cashback” shall mean Save Cashback, Spend Cashback, Borrow Cashback, Referral Cashback and Bonus Referral Cashback.
- Cashback is issued on a first-come-first served basis and is while stocks last. The Referral Cashback is on a first-come-first-served basis and is limited to the first 10,000 Successful Referrals during the Referral Campaign Period.
- You are entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) each of the Save Cashback, Spend Cashback and Borrow Cashback under this Campaign.
- Save Cashback shall be credited into the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account within 14 business days after the Holding Period i.e. after 30 September 2025.
- Spend Cashback shall be credited into your GXS FlexiCard account on or before 30 September 2025.
- Borrow Cashback shall be credited into the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account in the following manner. Borrow Cashback will be split and credited in four (4) equal instalments on a calendar month basis. Borrow Cashback will be credited on the 15th of each calendar month, commencing on the calendar month after your first three (3) repayment periods of your Loan.
Example: John draws a GXS FlexiLoan instalment loan with 12 months tenor on 26 July 2025. The repayment date for his loan is fixed at the 27th of each month. His first three (3) repayment periods will be 26 July 2025 - 27 August 2025, 28 August 2025 - 27 September 2025 and 28 September 2025 - 27 October 2025 respectively, and the repayment dates for the three (3) repayment periods will be 27 August 2025, 27 September 2025 and 27 October 2025 respectively. John will receive the first of four (4) instalments of the Cashback on 15 November 2025. - Referral Cashback and Bonus Referral Cashback shall be credited in the following manner:
a. for Introducers who are GXS Savings Account customers and GXS FlexiLoan customers, into the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account on or before 30 September 2025; and
b. for Introducers who are GXS FlexiCard customers and do not maintain a GXS Savings Account, into your GXS FlexiCard account on or before 30 September 2025. - GXS FlexiLoan customers (including Introducers who are GXS FlexiLoan customers) must successfully open a GXS Savings Account to receive Cashback under this Campaign. You are to ensure that you have done so by 31 August 2025. In the event you do not maintain a GXS Savings Account at the point of fulfilment and crediting, your Cashback will be deemed to be forfeited by you in full.
- If your GXS Savings Account or GXS FlexiCard account (as applicable) is closed prior to the crediting of any Cashback for any reason, or if any Qualifying Transaction is reversed or refunded (in full or in part) so that the minimum aggregate spend requirement is not met, the Cashback that has yet to be credited will be forfeited.
- Cashback is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
- The Bank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute any Cashback with an item(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason and without liability to any persons.
- If the Bank at any time determines at its sole and absolute discretion that any of the requirements of the Campaign were not met or complied with, or if any Qualifying Transaction is reversed or refunded (in full or in part) so that the minimum aggregate spend requirement is not met, the Bank reserves the right to recover any or all Cashback (or its equivalent value) by deduction from your GXS Savings Account or any account you maintain with us.
H. General
- This Campaign is not valid with other offers or campaigns unless otherwise stated. For the avoidance of doubt, all customers may also participate in all other GXS FlexiLoan campaigns that are running during the Promotion Period if they have complied with the applicable terms and conditions thereunder, unless otherwise stated.
- The Bank may add to, amend, modify or vary any or all of these Terms at any time without notice or liability to any person.
- The Bank’s records and decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign (including but not limited to the eligibility of any person to participate in the Campaign and the awarding of any cashback, voucher or item) shall be final, conclusive and binding on all customers. We are not obliged to entertain any correspondence.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Campaign, these Terms shall prevail.
- The Bank, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable for any loss, liability, expense, damage and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever incurred or sustained by any person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Campaign including the redemption or use of any good, service, product or facility of any merchant (if applicable) or for any other reason.
- The Bank is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of any transaction by any party, including acquiring merchants, merchant establishments or any telecommunication provider.
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
- A third party who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms.
- These Terms shall apply in conjunction with the Deposit Account Terms, Card Account Terms, Rewards Terms and GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions (including the GXS FlexiLoan - Balance Transfer Terms and Conditions), which shall apply. Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms used in this Campaign shall have the meanings set forth in these terms and conditions (as applicable) or as otherwise defined elsewhere in these Terms.
