Am I eligible to apply for a GXS FlexiLoan?

You can apply for a GXS FlexiLoan if you are:

  • Aged between 21 and 65 years old;
  • A Singapore Citizen or a Singapore Permanent Resident; and
  • With a minimum annual income of S$20,000
How do I qualify for the S$5 GrabGifts voucher (Reward 1)?

It’s simple – all you have to do is download the GXS app, click “Sign Up” to apply for a GXS FlexiLoan, and submit your application between 1 November 2023 – 31 December 2023. The S$5 GrabGifts voucher is limited to the first 20,000 submitted applications.

If you are an existing GXS FlexiLoan customer, you won’t be able to reapply. Please do not close your GXS FlexiLoan account as you won’t be able to reopen an account or reapply.

How do I qualify for the S$30 GrabGifts voucher (Reward 2)?

Once your GXS FlexiLoan application is approved, you’ll need to –

1. Draw a single loan of minimum S$5,000 or 50% of your credit line; and 

2. Select a loan tenure of minimum 6 months.

3. The loan must be drawn between 1 November 2023 – 31 December 2023.

The S$30 GrabGifts voucher is limited to the first 2,000 eligible customers. 

GXS FlexiLoan customers who have opened their account before 1 Nov 2023 also qualify if they meet the above requirements.

How do I qualify for the lucky draw (Lucky Draw)?

If you qualified for Reward 2, you automatically qualify for the lucky draw.

If you are a GXS FlexiLoan customers who has opened your account before 1 Nov 2023 and did not qualify for Reward 2 but have drawn a loan of minimum S$5,000 or 50% of your credit line before 1 November 2023, you will also qualify for the lucky draw (as long as your loan is still active and has not been fully repaid by 15 January 2024).

How many lucky draw winners will there be, and what is the prize?

There will be 8 winners in total, drawn at random. Each winner will receive a one-time cash prize equivalent to the transaction amount of their submitted eligible bills, up to a maximum amount of S$3,000. So hold on to them!

How do I know if I have won?

Winners will receive official communication from GXS on 22 January 2024 in the form of emails and/ or push notifications informing them that they have won. Winners may also receive a follow-up call from our customer support. Your full name and partially masked NRIC number will also be published on our website on 22 January 2024.

How do I claim my cash prize?

In order to claim your cash prize, you must submit bills by 5:00 PM on 5 February 2024 to itsonus@gxs.com.sg. A winner is able to submit up to 3 bills. You will receive in cash the total amount of your submitted eligible bills, or S$3,000, whichever is lower. 

For winners who opened a GXS FlexiLoan account between 1 November 2023 to 31 December 2023, the submitted bills must be dated between 1 November 2023 and 31 December 2023. 

For winners who opened a GXS FlexiLoan account before 1 Nov 2023 and meet the criteria for the lucky draw, the bills must be dated between 1 May 2023 and 31 December 2023.

What type of bills can I submit?

We accept the following criteria as proof of the invoices, bills or receipts:

1. Soft copies of bills, invoices, receipts or credit card statements may be submitted.

2. The bills must be an official document containing:

  • Full name of the issuing entity
  • Transaction amount in Singapore dollars
  • Description of goods or services purchased  

3. The bills must be dated:

  • For winners who opened a GXS FlexiLoan account between 1 November 2023 to 31 December 2023, the submitted bills must be dated between 1 November 2023 and 31 December 2023
  • For winners who opened a GXS FlexiLoan account before 1 Nov 2023 and meet the criteria for the lucky draw, the bills must be dated between 1 May 2023 and 31 December 2023

4. Multiple bills are accepted, capped at 3 in total. If more than 3 bills are submitted, the 3 bills or transactions with the lowest values will be used.

The following bills are examples of what will not be accepted:

1. Bills which indicate or which GXS determine or reasonably believe are for purchases or payments for or in connection with:

  • any illicit, illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Gambling or any similar activity
  • Political activities or donations
  • Downpayment of any property
  • Motor vehicle purchase
  • Repayment of a debt or credit facility (including repaying a credit card or other loan facility)
When will the lucky draw be conducted?

The lucky draw will be conducted on 18 January 2024 between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the presence of external auditors at our office located at 3 Media Close, #09-00, Singapore 138498. Winners will be published on the GXS website on 22 January 2024.

When and where will the cash prize be credited to?

The cash prize will be credited via PayNow to your bank account linked to your NRIC by 31 March 2024 latest. Please ensure you have linked your bank account to your NRIC and registered it with PayNow by 1 March 2024.

What happens to unclaimed prizes?

Any prize that has not been claimed or is unable to be credited will be donated to the Children’s Wishing Well charity.

Terms and Conditions

The It’s On Us Rewards and Lucky Draw Campaign is organised by GXS Bank Pte Ltd ("Bank” or “GXS”) and is valid from 1 November 2023 to 31 December 2023 (“Promotion Period”).

GXS is a separate entity and is not associated with the businesses of Grab Holdings, Singtel and its entities. The GXS FlexiLoan is provided by GXS. GXS holds a banking license and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

1 Reward 1 (S$5 GrabGift Voucher):
Limited to the first 20,000 submitted applications. Both approved and rejected applications are eligible for the Reward. You will receive your S$5 GrabGift voucher by 31 January 2024. For the full terms and conditions, click here.

2 Reward 2 (S$30 GrabGift Voucher):
Limited to the first 2,000 eligible participants. To be eligible, a customer must: (i) either be a new customer who has successfully applied for a GXS FlexiLoan during the Promotion Period or an existing customer who holds a GXS FlexiLoan account during the Promotion Period, (ii) have drawn down a single loan of at least S$5,000 or at least 50% of such customer’s credit line during the Promotion Period, and (iii) such loan must have a loan tenure of not less than 6 months. A customer will not be eligible if such loan is prepaid in full on or before 15 January 2024. The first 2,000 eligible participants will receive the S$30 GrabGift voucher by 31 January 2024. 3 Lucky Draw:
a) To be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw, a customer must:
(i) For new customers: (A) have successfully applied for a GXS FlexiLoan between 1 November 2023 to 31 December 2023 ("Promotion Period"), (B) have drawn down a single loan of at least S$5,000 or at least 50% of such customer’s credit line during the Promotion Period, and (C) such loan must have a loan tenure of not less than 6 months; or
‍
(ii) For existing GXS FlexiLoan customers: (A) have a GXS FlexiLoan account that is active and in good standing with GXS until such time the winner of the Lucky Draw is determined and the Lucky Draw prize is fulfilled, (B) have an existing loan of at least S$5,000 or at least 50% of such customer’s credit line drawn at any time (whether prior to or during the Promotion Period), and (C) such loan must be existing and not fully repaid as at 15 January 2024.

(b) A customer will not be eligible if the loan is prepaid in full or fully repaid on or before 15 January 2024. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 18 January 2024 (“Draw Date”).

(c) If you do not wish to participate in the Lucky Draw, please call us at (+65) 3105 2055 before 15 January 2024 to let us know. If you do not withdraw your participation in the Lucky Draw before 15 January 2024, you consent to GXS (and any other necessary third party) collecting, using and disclosing your information (including your personal data) for purposes relating to your participation in the Lucky Draw.

Approval of all GXS FlexiLoan applications is subject to receipt of all supporting documents and further review. GXS reserves the right to approve or reject your application without providing any reasons. Late interest charges may apply in the event of late repayment.
